Well, got a 16/3 guy yesterday, so not too bad a week.
Its in the help faq. Every team performing better/worser away/home.
Sure, it's not that I don't understand the probably most basic principle of football 
It's just the way we lost some away matches in the very last minutes and the still huge difference in efficiency that made me wonder, although it's rather wishful thinking that we'd be with the very best if we got about 7-10 points more away.
Oh, by the way, did I mention we won our first away game today?

A really awful game from US Postal, just 2 scoring chances and zero in the first half. Really hope this isn't a sign of results in the future.

Got beaten by Bianchi, deserved win for them as i set the shite tactics and rested some core attackers and Rin set up very good tactics nicely fitting against ours.
So Astana began expected slide during the very tough series, i think we can slowly start crowing the HTC as champions, because they almost dont loose points and i have very tough match against Puertas Mavisa ahead, where three points will be hard to gain.
Btw. it is just your players or some sort of perfect tactics Jaxika? You have many 4-0,5-0 results, that seems impossible to me, despite having very good midfielders and attackers.

Now I am starting to have a good team together compared to the early season. I think 2nd place is still very possible. Even the 12th team could get into the Top 3 with 9 games left and just 7 points to the 3rd place. I think Astana will have a shot at the 1st place as I think HTCs team isn't that good to be honest.
For next season I hope we switch to a 2 league format or a 1st league and 2 2nd leagues format as I think the seasons are too long like this even having the maximum of 2 games in a week without a cup. If we make more 2nd leagues it would be better as Top 3 in every league gets some econs, also the MVP, Top Scorer and Player with the most goals. 1st league a bit more then the 2nd leagues.

Entertaining game against Puertas Mavisa, they were better in terms of possesion and bit in a chances also, but we almost escaped with the win. In the end 2-2 draw and i failed a bit, as i forgot to set the substitues and we played the whole game with same squad.
Too bad that it was not the win, because of loss of HTC, but still at least one point advantage on them this round...
Edit: I almost forgot, next round is Astana-HTC, title decider maybe? If we will loose, HTC will have huge margin, so we are ready to battle!

Two very early goals and a man sent off before half time, a surprisingly blunt Team Sky.
Really tough game against the form team Team Bianchi next - the team that has beaten two of the top three in the last two games. Mind you we are on a run of four from four also, so taking advantage of the summer lull.

Aaaand another win against an inactive manager..
At least it helps my striker to move forward in the scorer rankings, but it's sad to see Sky dropping down.

I sent the 3 inactive managers a reminder at the end of July - as none have turned up since then will be removing them shortly.
Way it works during the season is you'd take over one of the exsisting teams - have a look at them and let me know which one you'd like to take over.
Team Sky, Budget Forklifts and Project 1t4i are the ones available - whichever you choose will be renamed Joker-Merida.
Sky and Budget have pretty good teams and should really be higher up the table. Project 1t4i is the one to go for if you fancy a challenge.
Also, having a quick look through the teams, I think some managers are underestimating how important keeping form high for players is. Not HTC though. |
