(I know this is 2 CT races, but i'll be on a WT calendar anyway, so i'll get those as standard)

Okay actually I agree with baggie on this one, you can pick any 3 races, doesn't matter if they are on the WT or not.

For the "or something like that" Strade Bianche is the highest rated Italian race (outside of MSR) and is hosted March 5th. If you would like that choice.

Yep still missing the first pick and the last overall pick. Only 7 Conti teams will pick before the WT teams, then pack of Conti teams I have to pick for.

I was actually trying to figure out how to do scouting and such! I really like this idea, I may also give a bit more information on each rider.
To basically sum this up it would mean a short draft after a season, I'm thinking 2-3 rounds at most.
