I think Di Luca is most underrated rider before the Giro start..this is same Di Luca that we had 2007..without that long TT he will be winner candidate..but who knows..this TT is hilly enough..man who is in great shape should be succesful

Wow Di Luca does it again. Interesting stage, some of the veterens really showed how its done! The Italians had a real go - but it seems a Russian and a couple of Americans could be in with a shout of pink in a couple of days.

Yeah some nice picks, but Petacchi and Boasson Hagen's chances of stages are pretty slim as we head into the third week. Not that I've chosen better, I've got Mosquera!

Sorry not been updating the standings lately - been busy.
I am off to Iceland for a couple of days - by all means someone can download these files and update them - I first put the results into fant_giro2 and then copy them across (I know I could have had them auto directed!) to fant giro1 and sort the first page into order.
