I have a problem on how I shall update tourdedoping.com Adding him again or just add a note on his first doping suspension? I never thought that anybody would be that stupid to dope 2 times.
Why did you note Valverde down as suspended?
Yes he's not suspended, but he should be.
And it's not CONI who should clean the mess up for the spanish, but the spanish cycling federation |

No, he will never learn, because he will never be in pro cycling again.

It's not like he was doing it to enhance his performance (or so he claims, and I actually am leaning towards believing him this time around). Depression is a serious matter, and I think it's far more important for him as a person to recover from that. Plus he's retired so it's not like the subsequent ban will matter much, it'll be a formality.
I would wish him all the best and a speedy recovery if I knew him. Just a pity he doped the first time around.

I also tend to believe him this time, simply because the story is better than the 'twin brother' or whatever story
Oh, and Andrew, look on page 13 |

But....but....but Rock Racing is clean
And still he continues to deny he was doped back in 2004. Of course Tyler ....just go already.
This is why I keep saying that most of those who are suspended come back to the same old, same old.
Yet, somehow, stupidity always finds a way. And that's the reason that stupid people will still continue to argue somehow that Rock Racing is a clean team, and other similar garbage. |

So you don't think that there is some way he could have been using this anti-depressant for, say, fighting a well documented depression?

I always do that. And I always bet all I have on a reasonably unlikely winner. I like never having virtual money |

Look, Hamilton is a doper, he was in 2004, and I agree that his ethics are just one notch above that of child molester, but..... I believe him, from my own personal experiences I can understand why he would have taken anything to help a quickly worsening depression. Also, the fact that he owned it, the way Basso did, helps me trust him just a little more. Do I think Hamilton is a doper, yes, do I think that Hamilton may have been doping since coming back from his ban, I wouldn't dismiss it, but in this case, I believe the reason he gave for why he had what he tested positive for in his system. |

I find it best to bet on a rider you really don't want to win, so at least if they do win it softens the blow somewhat |
