Stage 1
ITT Genove
Well other team think what they likes..Romandie has been all season Basso main race before the Giro..to do final check for he's form.
Vandborg trying to continue he' s strong TT perfomances..(Liquigas will need him at Giro)..today 14. (+18 sec.)
Posthuma 3rd. (+6sec.)
And here comes ..best time of the day . Is it second prologue win on the row?
Boasson Hagen 13. (+16 sec.)
Kiryenka 5th. (+6sec.)
Pellizotti..24. (+22 sec.)..
Chavanel 4th. (+6sec.)
Millar 12 (+15 sec.)
Bodrogi 9th. (+13 sec.)
Bäckstedt 10. (+14 sec.)
McCartney 6th. (+12 sec.)
Wiggins 2nd. (+4 sec.)..
..and Basso takes tour lead. I did not expect this today..but I belive that short and steep uphill at the end before final km. give Basso chanche to kick there few seconds what he needed.

Bosskardo still dont like when I am winning....
Basso looking cool..(84 from and raising..should be perfect around 90 when Giro starts) and ofcorse this isnt my fault that Romandie start list looks has it is this is (I did not touch this)..same time Astana Liege startlist was ..mamma-mia..
91. Y.Popovych
92. L.Armstrong
93. J.Brajkoviç
94. A.Contador
95. J.Hernandez
96. M.Iglinskiy
97. A.Klöden
98. L.Leipheimer
But few days later they send just Horner..to Romandie..

Stage 2
Morges - Saignelegier
Nicki Sörensen in breakaway..all alone. He is as always after climber jersey..
Andrea Noe..keeping main group speed fast has possible..split..
Same man Noe crashes..when he was leading the group. Very strange accident..he takes only few guys down..most of the group survives. Noe is ok..he will join second group..same one ..what he managed to split..when he was at the front...irony.
Verdugo and Noval trying to get away..45 km. to go..Sörensen still at the front..
Then favorites atack..Efimkin, Pineau, Moncoutie, Pellizotti and Basso
Basso isnt just wheelsucker..and man who just protect he's lead..he is taking the chasers group lead..they see already Sörensen..
..another atack wave coming Bertolini, Brandt..Basso follows..and there is Sörensen he's day is over..good ride it was.
Velits launches atack..he is going alone..
Basso group chasing ..(Basso, Di Luca and Garate)...
Then Albasini coming from behind and launches atack..Basso follows..and we see how clearly "Killer" missed that one..
..last uphill sprint..this was like perfect lead out for Albasini..Basso has just to pass him in final 50m. Romandie looking like walk in the park (Basso is clearly nr.1 favorite to win this race)..never expected that one..lets hope that Giro will have good startlist.

Why this level this ..that I have more fun to fight with Trofimov , Vogodny etc.in pure climbing stage..where the hell is reality there. I will get my extreme when I go to the tour with Kreuziger -team captain.
and yes Basso program is Giro and Vuelta..no TdF.

Stage 3
Moutier - Fribourg
one and only sprinter chanche..
Horner launched atack..many tour top riders follows..Di Luca, Canada, Garate and Albasini. Serious one..
two strongest Albasini and Di Luca going alone..gap between main group geting bigger..15..35..42...1'05. Time to react..
Noe to the front..and all out. Max..they are starting to come back..
Then change..Peliizotti out to front..an max. We getting closer..and Pellizotti has done it..back together..now mass sprint..we should afraid Petacchi..hugh favorite now.
Corioni has followed perfect man..Lampre rider Massimilliano Mori has helped him to the peak..a little even to much perfect.. Also he should thank Zaugg who was he's personal bodyguard all day.
..I had my lessons before ..how do react when you have to early at the front..hold it back has long has possible..control. Denis Galimzyanov and Haussler is main rival's .
and he holds the lead..another surprise. Corioni takes season first stage win.
LPR squad must be mad..Liquigas destroyed Di Luca breakaway. after they winning a stage after ..Petacchi get 69. place..
Offtopic:
Haussler will need a better stats..
Just to be annoying person for Bosskardo I give 110% to win any stage in Romandie
