I think it may be a bit to hard. But on the hardest stages of TdS last year he was good even as he was Kirchen helper.

Armstrong confirmed yesterday that he'll be riding the Tour of Ireland. Rather huge news for a small race like that.

Indeed! Smile
Do you guys think this will attract more bigger teams?

In Italy, they are finally starting to realize how serious the Operacion Puerto is. News are constantly ticking in, and guess what, they recently noticed that this is not just about cycling - other sports are involved too.

Latest news from Italy is that 1 famous tennis player and 6 football players, of which 4 are famous, are involved.

(From the original documents, we know that the numbers are way higher - but this is a start)

There's a very real chance that race radios will be forbidden for the Tour.

Is this the year where the racing at the Tour is finally going to be at the level of the best races? This would be a giant leap towards that Smile

This is fantastic news. However our eurosport commentator does say that riders can't think for them selves now. Somebody must think for them.

I'm actually really happy this is taking place, but I'm even happier that I put up some news that hadn't been mentioned before Wink
