Martin to get yellow tomorrow with all-out Etixx support?
Need to watch replay in order to say something about Contador's form but time loss is never good. Still, he rides himself into form in first week. Nothing to worry about just yet.
Nice to hear Purito winning, good ol' chap.
you still ignoring important fact that he just won a Giro ...last time managed to do that 120% doped Pantani..and cycling as even more changed after that..it is even harder to do Giro/ Tour double at 2015. |

Happy for Purito but annoyed he pushed Froome.exe to 100% of his calculated performance resulting in Tony missing out by a 1'.
The upside is that bike handling skills of Froome.exe will be more exposed with yellow color tomorrow. |

I'm not ignoring it at all. In fact, I'm well aware of it, that is why he needs to be carefull about his form and uses first week to ride himself into peak for second half. Simply because he can't afford full on peak.

Contador 36 seconds down. No way he will get t back. Froome will surely win TdF, now.
Contador looked totally shattered climbing up to the finish, maybe the Giro is catching up on him. |

Sagan and GVA are also close enough if the team lets them have a go at it
Sagan has green already or he should get it tomorrow

Why is Froome.exe given Purito's time? He arrived like 2'' after him? Baffled. |

Matthews just finished in front of the broom wagon. Must've been hit pretty hard as well. |

Hmmm no, looks like that, but if you time on the line, it's a bit less than a second.
Purito already celebrating -> Froome is still going quite hard. |

All being equal over the cobbles then I see Froome taking a little bit more time in the Team TT which would give him a nice enough buffer to mark Contador, but Bertie is a clever rider and as we have seen takes time in unexpected ways so if he is still riding himself into form then the race is far from over. I still think Nibali and to a slightly lesser extent Quintana still have something to show in this race

At least Tony has prepared himself for the cobbles.

Nice win by Purito, Froome looking really strong though.
A very bad crash, but I just can't agree with the decision to neutralise. The only valid argument given is the lack of ambulances, but that's just poor management. There is no way all ambulances should be used at any point. Only if all 3 abandon required immediate evacuation, I can support the decision. So I'll wait for the details.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Contador is indeed a true racer, third day past us. I see no reason whatsoever to call it quits. In fact, I'm looking forward to see Contador take on the challenge.
Plus, like you said: Nibali and Quintana will make life hard for Froome. They only care about winning too, much like Bertie himself.
Purito's arm... beast!

This stage will either kill the race or Froome.

I don´t see Conta winning, tbh. I don´t like saying this, but it´s the truth...
And I didn´t like the stage, neither the idea of stopping it for a while
