Scrolling through cycling news pictures from stage I noticed that Cunego looks very slim. Don't want to make bold predictions, but maybe he wants to prove that he's not done.

If he's doping, maybe he only starts doing it in preparation of the Tour.
Also, about that list. I don't know what to think about Santambrogio being "only" level 6 and Ballan level 5. It either proves that everyone above them must be or have been using dope, or that the list is inaccurate.

Don't misinterpret it.
It's the priority for testing riders, not simply how suspicious they are.
From memory, UCI explained, but not L'Équipe (IIRC), that the number was based on different factors, such as date of the last tests for the bio passport, suspicion based on the previous tests results, number of tests undergone that season already, etc.
It was definitely not as simplistic as 10 : certainly doping, 0, definitely not doping
They also said that that could only change the priority by 2 points at most from the original ranking which was solely taken from the blood passport values

Yeah that list... Rolland and Voeckler level 0
I want to believe they're clean, but levle 0 seems a bit too naive, no?
sorry, i didn't mean to bring back the discussion about that list.
my point is that there are some riders who tends to have a decent form through nearly the whole season. with peaks of performance when their main goals approach (nibali, evans) and others that do shit all year except from 2-3 races (vdb, schlecks).
for sure attitude and motivation play a big role in this case, but, to me, the latter ones look more suspicious.
on the other hand, performing like an alien throughout the whole season is even more suspicious (wiggo 2012, froome 2013)

VdB performed better in this race than Nibali or Rodriguez so far. I'm pretty sure they don't give a shit about race and see it as a glorified training ride.

Some actual dopers at level 1+2, Armstrong only 4, Contador 5. In summary, not that good a list, would be interesting to see the modern version of this.

Adam Yates in the young riders jersey has done a fabulous job so far.
For God's sake, would you stop, please? I'm sick and tired of this "FIFA generation" that sees young and talented athlete and then just have to mention every single damn thing they do like it's some sort of day's headline. What's next? "Adam Yates took a shit in toilet. Job well done?"
And as nice as it is to see Adam Yates doing well and 13th overall is great for a first pro race, but the young rider jersey is really an emphasis on young here. Sepulveda is 22, ahead of him overall, but too old for the young rider's jersey.

now, possibly
then: who the fuck is Rolland?
Then: 'That young french climber who was supposed to be the next big thing 2 years ago but hasn't done anything since'
