Thanks camerluca for your offer. But I think we have found a good solution with the support of pcm daily. But maybe two mirrors are always better then only one.
Some things have to be checked. But I think in the next day we can offer you working links for a full version of the sponsorkits here.

@Jacky Durand May be, Tour de San Luis, and Criterium International(But I think that Crit.Int. is like TDF and Crit.du Dauphine)
And of course, in future, upcoming Tour of Dubai.

Tour Dubai is a thing. For Tour de San Luis you can choose Generic Country Sponsorkit ARG because I have mostly used the real sponsors of the Tour of San Luis for that race

I saw one thing. In the installer, when I choosed to install AUS(Australia) it installing AUT(Austria). In the folders 1st is going Australia and then Austria, but in your installer they are mixed. AUT instead of AUS, and AUS ins.of AUT. I hope you understood me.

The generic sponsorkits are for the races in that nation, surely you can also use them for the National Championships too. So if you want to play the Criterium International choose the "Sponsorkit FRA"
If there is a race without a special sponsorkit use the generic country sponsorkit for that race
