Having success with my Belkin career, so after all that I think I will stick with that for now, may start a new career over the weekend though, as I need variants
Belkin? Great choice!
And you don't need a new career to use variants. They will appear the next season as long as you added them to the CM_Stages folder before 31 December 23:59 in your career
Would they have been in there when I installed your DB or will I have to manually copy and paste them over?
Doesn't matter.
Installing my DB is doing the same as Manually copy-pasting them.
As long as they ended up(correctly named) in the CM_Stages folder, they will be used next year(unless there are multiple variants and you already had variants for that race, and the game selected the variant that's already there coincedentally of course)
Btw, BMC jersey is working fine at your game isn't it? Some other guy had some trouble with it, but never heard someone else complaining, so I guess it's good?[/quote
When I installed your DB, I copied the CM Stages in your DB file into my PCM folder, I'm about to run the third stage of Pais Vasco, I will let you know, providing the jerseys have carried over to the save game too

Use the search function. Was asked several times as it works different this year.
Different how?
Like in, you don't get race-money and will be paid a 13th month by your sponsor and can negotiate sponsor goals to increase your money.

I want to start a Colombia career, but I don't know where to start.
Should I first negotiate about sponsor goals, then make my schedule and then determine rider objectives?
I'm also having difficulties deciding which races to race. I find myself checking profiles and thinking "this is something for Duarte, this is something for Duque", but eventually I end up with 65468451354684351684 race days for my leaders and only a few for my domestiques.
(This is my first time playing a non-WT team...)
EDIT: Also, I don't like how the Italian WT races are not included in the sponsor objectives. This means I would have to send my best riders to races like Strade Bianche, Critérium International and other .HC races because they are high on my list of objectives.

Yes, that's how i do it. First sponsor goals, last objectives.
You just can't race every race with a small PCT team. You have to make a selection. Look away from (most of) the WT races, and look for the (2).HC races that are interesting. Just choose the ones that look most interesting from the (2).HC ones(and maybe a few WT races), make them your goals, and then use 2.1 races to fill the calendar in between up. Of course, you can make a few 2.1 races important for you as well

I would target smaller HC races like Tour of Malaysia, Tour of Turkey, and Bayern Tour to get easy CQ pts. Definitly do sponsors first, then objectives, and than do your schedule to give your riders good rhythm during their big peaks.
Just match some domestiques with some leaders and have them ride the same races. Use your lesser riders on the biggest races and just go stage hunting as its a lot harder to get a good result in the Criterium International than it is in Tour of Denmark although they give similar points for winning a stage and the GC.
EDIT: Zabel'd the first time I give advice.

Meanwhile, the most exciting part of the season arrives for my Asian team.
Anyone has recommendations for Asian signings? Don't want to go too big(Iglinsky, Dyachenko, and big Russian riders), but want to get some relatively big guys in.
We're now 37th on the CQ ranking, but we get into an important two-months term now, so we'll probably get some points back. So promotion is about certain.
Here's the team again:
https://www.pcmdai...ost_747984
(They developed for sure, but will show my team for season 2, not earlier)
Some highlights of the season I haven't mentioned yet:
- Wu, my f*cking domestique whom I expected the least of of my team got 2nd in Royal Dutch Olympia Tour, which had a beastier startlist than I expected(Groenewegen, Van Baarle, Sutterlin, Bibby, Wippert, De Bie)
- Tour of Bretagne KoM jersey(Lutsenko)
- Tour of Sochi win, also points(Lutsenko)
- Second place GP Kranj(Arashiro)
- 2nd place GC Boucles de La Mayenne(Salleh)
- Lutsenko won the Kazachstan NC RR! Right, the game just assigned a random guy or something, but it'll be amazing to have my leader ride in a Kazachstan NC jersey(though AndersPCM's pack didn't include a NC jersey from Kazachstan)

Finished 5th with Gesink and 10th with Kelderman at Pais Vasco.
Wynants won GP Cerami
Vanmarcke finished 2nd at Paris Roubaix behind Chavanel.
2nd in both cobbled classics isnt bad for Vanmarcke, good performance in all cobbled classics so far, sponsors are happy

But seems good!
@Rabomar Brambilla second in Malaysia is good
And that talent is a bit overpowered, but probably a future star

An amazing moment in my OPQS career: Milan - San Remo, won with a three-man break (attacked over the Cipressa) with Sylvain Chavanel! Cavendish came in 5th and Boonen 10th. Amazing win for Chavanel |

What kind of Rider Objectives are people going with in situations such as the Giro-Vuelta double?
Sammy Sanchez doesn't complain about wanting more goals if I list both as Primary objectives for his season. Which seems like the best option by far if I want to peak for la Vuelta with as little fatigue as possible.

Hi, I have a question about fitness in Career.
Let's say I'm with small team in the middle of Continental group, first race day near end of february with 5* Sponsor Goal. How I shoud train my riders so they should keep up with pace of peloton near finish, is it worth start building fitness with almost 2 monts with no race, or how I suppost to do just fine in this first races? Yes I know there are camps, but with almost no budget it's not an option
I not currently own 2013 verzion of game, but answer should be similar as I plan buy and play it after some patch and huge databases comes up.
Yep, thats me down here...

Building training fitness(form) shouldn't matter, just set the race at a goal, and it's easy.
Oh wait, just read that you don't have 2013 version. Well, you shouldn't ask it here then, sorry. In PCM 2012, it's way different than 2013, the whole fitness system is different now.
But I think there are a lot of forum threads about your question, you can use the forum search
