It seems I've made a dreadful mistake...Luckily it hasn't affected anything. Yet.

Thought we had to PM them
Anyway, sent mine in earlier...
@Kentaurus I think the leaders are a little bit high
+ Zolderman is more agressive
+ TMM is going to complain about his DH stat

Everyone will complain their rider isn't the best at everything... this gives the older guys some strength, Hinault is 23, so not that young compared to the rest.
Everyone had a certain pool of points for me to work with (based on their age). Did my best to allocate those points to each stat based on the description of the rider I had.

It's fine Kent
Stats seem nice overall... Liked mine better of course, but these are nice for sure (No, Zolderman isn't higher climber there, only +1 HI since I wanted his MO + HI at the same level, like I emphasized earlier )

I don't expect 68 like in the first overview, but 60 hill is a tad bit low if I stated that I don't mind hills at all, and only discovered sprinting later on...

I agree with this statement. Also, Kerso isn't the team's sprinter.

@Kentarus: The only thing I don't like about your stats is that the sprinter stats are too low.

Sprinter stats shouldn't be too high, all our sprinters are young. I'd say 69 max for Pye(Low hill), and 68 for Bauer(With 66HI, like I gave him )
@NTTHRASH Shall I post my stats here as well, so they can discuss about it?

I think my rider is looking reasonable there, even if i suddenly suck compared to where i was in the sprints
My main thing i'd say is that considering my bio, Hill, Mo and Cob are TOO DAMN HIGH! but my TT/PRL should be a bit higher (background as a track sprinter)

I like this discussion! It really enriches the story's foundation. At least I believe so.

Right, here are mine, pay attention, Russo and Berg aren't edited because of a lack of information
Not sure what's up with the AVGs, F.e. Peter de Vries shouldn't be 3 AVGs better than Kent's version, doesn't seem right.
But look at the non-AVGs then
Spoiler Also, Kent, Hinault isn't a stage-racer but a climber
Edit: I didn't focus on age-only, domestiques stayed domestiques or super-domestiques and couldn't go to Leader, and vice-versa. Also to keep the bio's valid

Well, that's much more what I was hoping for at least for my rider!
The team looks pretty strong given the ages but i'd bump Hinault to 73mo

Thanks baggie
And yeah, hestitated with Hinault to give him better climber values.
I just feared that 73MO made him a bit overpowered in CT. He'd be ready for WT immediately

I just started with a simple rule of max stat per age.
23->72
22->71
21->70
20->69
19->68
18->67
17->66
