Another good breakaway try from Haas, he's actually our only rider who has been present in these winning moves. Fifth is good from him, especially considering the riders he were up against. |

I have to now join all those frustrated managers with endless breakaways. I cannot see why Simply Red Bull and Pokerstars at least wouldn't have chased that.
Van Stayen looks full of energy at least, is it too much to ask for at least an attempt to chase the break down on the last stage?
Milka at least have had some success in the race to compensate for stupid time lost there.

PCM12s rightful place - The bin!
Óscar Guerao winning the sprint in the pack. Every GC contender losing time, 9 man breakaway takes the stage uncontested. What a poor poor stage. The AI is a huge let down in this race imo.
I can basically hope for a sublime Tour de France now since I have put my shittiest riders in the race - That should mean 4-5 stagewins.

The bin? Nonsense! Go breakaway wins! Second stage win which I am very happy with. Easily outclasses my Giro. Hopefully the Tour will be even better, though I have my concerns about that line up! |

Another good performance from Sagan! His sprint looked very powerful, too bad he went a little too early.

Quite happy with the last stages, even though we weren't in the winning break on stage 20.
Schwab really overperformed for a moment, sadly everything came back together.
Now a crash-free last stage please, and then a drumroll for the new rankings!

Nah, let's postpone the rankings... I was hoping to shoot up fairly close to top 5, I suspect I'm barely into top 10.

I'm staying to see Contador crash and ending up in 10th place while Guerao win the sprint for 11th.

Oliveira surprising yet again. I feel he should have been rewarded with a stage win already, but TV time is good anyway.
But this was an awkward stage alright.

Big thank you for all the reports, CountArach!
That was a decent end of a decent race for us. Though, with Impey's stage win I can't be anything else than happy, eventhough I must admit I had hoped for a little bit more aggressive racing from our riders. Though, Impey's solid sprinting through the whole race kind of makes up for that
Congratulations to mb! That could very well be the first of many Grand Tour victories for Tenorio. |

I'll definitely count this race as a successful one. Two stage wins and 16th in the GC from Duarte is very good! I wish things had worked out more smoothly in the sprints, though. I must confess that I had hoped for better results from Van Avermaet this season.
Anyway, thanks for the great reports, CountArach and congratulations to Santander!

Similar to ember, I have to be happy to have got a sprint stage win from Van Stayen and a couple of podiums. I can be slightly happier however as my team took the team lanterns rouge comfortably.
For many managers certainly a frustrating Vuelta, a lot of race days spent on some so so points scoring performances. A lot of guys who came top ten on GC have fairly threadbare stage results for example.
It's been an wonderful couple of months though of reporting, these grand tours have been extra special for me as a world tour manager. This was shaping up to be a bit of a classic like the Giro, but it ended all a bit tamely. But that is no distraction from excellent reporting , thank you CoutArach!

Thanks for the reports Count, they were great. 10th fulfils a goal so gotta be pleased with that and the stage win and surprise podium at the end from McEvoy were nice. |
