Arrghhh Wiggins sick and Bouhani pulling out. Had hoped the latter would have an outside chance of getting points in stages like tomorrow when Cav would be dropped |

Okay, so i got 1-4-7 in the stage and dropped 8 places to abyssmal 98th, i dont get it. Does majority of others had half of top10 or what (since i also have a GC leader)?

Think the scores were totalled up wrongly - you are now somewhat higher. The 3 sprinters with a lack of opportunities might hurt for a while yet though but at least yours are still in the race unlike mine |

13th, back to where I was supposed to be anyway with Viviani performing anywhere close to what could've been expected recently.
The final GC should give me a slight advantage over at least three teams ahead, so the goal has to be Top 10 now.
(simply swapping Uran for Henao would see me fight for the podium )

Curiously, since Wiggins retired, things started going better for me. Had I know about Majka and Niemiec... starting to like the first one, and already admired the latter. |

Gesink's mechanical cost me some good points today. Hopefully, I'll be able to maintain the lead

Ive got 2 dud pics in Hesjedal and Locatelli, but the rest are going strong. Into the Top 10 now, which is nice.

Intxausti and Niemiec were more than solid picks.
They are slowly moving me towards the top10.
Sorry, SN, but you will be the next.
A shame that I decided to somehow add Wiggins on the last day and decided him over guys like Evans/Scarponi/Cavendish, who are still riding.
Aru won`t score a lot I guess and Bouhanni is also out of the race. Can only hope for Pozzovivo to score a bit more.
Otherwise Nibali, Niemiec, Intxausti, Betancur, Pozzovivo and Santambrogio will also give me good GC points.

Considering I stayed upon 120th place for the first days, I'm quite happy with my 69th after 2 weeks. I'm glad I prevent myself from taking Wiggins, but disappointed I didn't take Cadel while I usually do... anyway, still happy with my progression. |

Well, no chance at a Top 10 anymore with yesterday's triple failure of Pozzo, Santa and Kiserlovski... (plus 10th as best stage result)
