Kelderman and Gesink in 2nd group. Lost contact in downhill. Which was logical, they rode too far back before the climb already.
Always the same with those guys, when I saw it was raining I already thought it was an ominous sign.
Thank god for Westra, a Dutch rider who doesn't lose 1 minute in BS stages |

Ah it was Silin and not Fuglsang. Good shot for Löfkvist to get a top-10 maybe top-5 in the overall =) |

Davide Malacarne looked very strong. He deserved the victory. Talansky only sucking the wheels of the others to take the sprint. |

Rabofail still alive...
Voeckler surprising, or did he find a terrace on the descent again?

Normally you would say it's dissappointing but with Gesink I'm used to this.
He'll probably win the mountainstage now or do so well in the mt stage + col d'eze that he would win the GC without timeloss |

One thing I still can't figure out is Sky's tactic. Why didn't Lopez bury himself completely once they came down on the flat to open up a big gap for Porte, instead of doing a bit of work and looking for others to take turns on the front.
Doesn't seem too clever to me.

Seems like a great stage.
At least I can see no one can complain about Sky not attacking on stages
Hopefully Kiyrenka is okay after that fall.. Nice win by Talansky though, looks great here.
No words for Gesink, but I guess it was coming anyway, what did we expect.

Doesn't seem too clever to me.
Why shouldn't he try to make the gap significant enough for Porte to be a real contender for the GC?

Gesink should be lucky if he doesn't lose another minute whilst getting back to the hotel.
There's a fine line between "psychotherapist" and "psycho the rapist"
