Actually, with the Danish national team, injuries and suspensions are a good thing, because it forces the coach to choose some other players than his personal (usually very old and useless) favourites.
Now, let's hope for a (minor) injury to Rommedahl, so he can't participate on Saturday.
Won't be able to watch it, though. One from my family, who's very, very much into football, stupidly decided to have his wedding on Saturday...

That is sputid planing he should have thought about this when he planned the wedding Looks like Tomason in form again for the first time in ages, but Søren Larsen will properbly get choosen anyway, even though he haven't played in a higher level than the frenach 3rd division since he last played on the national team. Worst injury really is Daniel Agger, but then again when hasn't he been injured when being called up for the national team?

Hey, I just noticed one thing.
FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking
16 Denmark Denmark 892
17 Portugal Portugal 880
We're favourites

According to an arbitary and inconclusive ranking that does not include the fact Denmark lacks any world stars nor have an excellent track record against Portugal and the fact that the nationalistic media will take this and blow this into a case where we cant possibly lose because we are apparently awesome in comparison to Portugal, we're favourites
Fixed that for you

Find one Danish media that says that Denmark are favourites vs. Portugal. |

When Denmark - Sweden was playing my aunt also planned her wedding on that day. But me, my brother and my brother in law all sneeked out of it and to my uncles house and then watch it, nobody noticed it

Not in the sense that you asked it, but no, clearly not

The main reason Denmark will never be favorites is the fact that we can lose to not only Portugal, but also Sweden and still win our group |

Well, 20 minutes of high class football, missed chances left and right for Portugal. The ball enters the portuguese area for the first time in 20 minutes, Denmark scores

Don't forget how Anders Møller Christensen began playing handball in the danish penalty area

Sure, the ball hits his hand but personally I wouldn't give a penalty.

Danish commentator went crazy saying that there should have been a penalty.
@Untal: you wonder why he didn't blast through as a handball player
