About the EC, I guess we will reach the quarter or semi finals again and then lose against Portugal, again. |

England allways seem to lose to Portugal in the knockout stages as well
at least we don't have to worry about that now

It does allways seem to be in the quarters

although we are dreadful at penalties

Spain is understandable if you know Danish football history. We always lose to Spain no matter how bad they are |

that's funny, considering it's Spain. I'll quote the BBC:
TRUEST CLICHE
Did you know that Spain always fail to deliver at major championships?
You did? Right.
so Spain are to Denmark as Portugal are to England, as France are to Portugal, as the Czech Republic are to France, etc etc etc

By one way, I would prefer to play in Austria, because it has more "mysthic", but in Switzerland we will have tons of supporters.

which is bad. the same thing will happen as in the last world cup where that tired the team so much that by the time the 3rd/4th game playoff against germany came the players were dead (and it showed. nobody could even run)
also, Austria has far better training facilities. everyone's been complaining how the facilities in Switzerland are crap.
as for the group, the Czechs aren't as good as they were, and Switzerland aren't much. Turkey are always dangerous.

Yep, Austria have better stadiums and training camps, and Switzerland is Barnetta plus 10.
Czech Republic is not the team they were in 2004, some of the best players have retired and Cech is not in the awesome form he was then, but is a team with a great sense of fairplay, and I know I will love that game.

The Czechs may not be as good as in 2004, but they are still good. Better than Turkey imo.

Group of death again
Ah well, at the Worlds we survived, and we play better against good teams then crap teams anyway. I fear Romania more than France or Italy, purely because against Romania, you know they are gonna defend 90 minutes long again |
