He is a young (22 years) talented rider and I hope he could improve with our team and become one of the best stage racer. He is Swiss and he lives near Italy so our sponsor Fastweb is very happy for his nationality (Fastweb is and Italian society of the Swiss grouop Swisscom). This is our first transfer stay tuned for more news (especially about draft).

With 18 years they have the minimum, adding 1 point to every stat with the age and 5 points that cannot go through the limit. For example: Stage Race - 67-69 REC - 64-66 MO - 64-66 TT - 64-66 PR And all other stats from 50-63 With 18 years he should be: REC 67 MO 64 TT 64 PR 64 ALL OTHER STATS 50 And we had 5 points without crossing the limit. With 22 years (like maxime86 Jordan Lewis) we add 4 to each stat so: REC 71 MO 68 TT 68 PR 68 ALL OTHER STATS 54 maxime86 added 2 MO, 2 TT and 1 PRL...but he also added 13 on HI, 12 on FL, 13 on ACC, 13 on FTR, 10 on SP, 11 on COB and 13 on RST.

(the minimum) So a Stage Racer with 29 years(+11) will have 61 (50+11) on hills, flat, acc, puncheur, downhill and rec and will only have 5 points to make it better and/or increase the 78 (67+11) on Rec and the 75 (64+11) on MO, TT and PRO." And he answered me: "Its not a perfect system Its too late to change anything" But now i get it. Then he explained that all the other stats can have 63 at 18 and then add the years as long as they don't get to the maximum.
