I'm trying to plan my season atm but I don't totally get this.. Will you get a list of races you'll automatically participate in which you can change slightly, or can you toally plan a season yourself but these rules apply to changing during the season?
Edit: Also, can you withdraw riders, i.e. Cav before the mountain stages in the Giro?

Okay since Vien brought it up, we will tackle this part now:
1: Each team will get to chose 3 races it classifies as Favorite Races.
2: Each team gets to pick 1 or 2 regions it wants to focus on for racing, this is how the computer will assign general race schedules.
Options are as Follows:
Italy-Switzerland-Slovakia
France
Belgium-Netherlands-Luxembourg
USA-Great Britain-Australia-Canada
Germany-Poland-Austria-Denmark-Sweden
Spain-Portugal
Other
3: Lastly the rule quoted by Vien are under each teams full control, you can withdraw from up to 4 races, and add 1 or 2. (WT teams cannot withdraw from WT events)
Teams can start posting what they want for #1 and #2, but I don't absolutely need the information until the end of the draft

For example, (I'm going to use Wiley's Ferrari-British Airways team)
He might say that favorite races are Tour de France, Giro d'Italia, and Tour of Britain.
And his schedule should be
Italy-Switzerland-Slovakia and USA-Great Britain-Australia-Canada.
That way the majority of the races his team will get by default will be in or near his sponsor regions.
I'm not exactly sure what is covered by Other, but my guess would be any race not in one of the previously mentioned regions, might be worthwhile for our Ukrainian team? Though I'm not sure.

WT teams are forced into all WT events, they cannot use one of their withdraws for that purpose.
