Jõeäär has been on Eurosport (WC U23 TT) and they didn't manage to say his name but ended up doing some chocking sound.
But they will learn, Taaramäe was called Tamurai for some time before commentators began getting it right.

[Ta- ra ma ey] is more or less how it's pronounced here, but I think Rein's name is no match for Jõeäär.

Does anyone know if Nordhaug have signed a new contract with Sky yet? Personally I hope he goes for Lotto og Radobank!

The contract is probably signed.
However it won't be revealed until around September time I guess.
Nordhaug had few offers, from OPQS, Rabo and Sky. At the end I think he'll sign with Sky. There's Norwegian connection and good coaches i.e Julich.

On other point, it's only rumours but Schlecks are intrested in joining Nibali to ... Astana. Astana is shit load rich so it would't surprise me if this actually happens.
That would mean Kiesrlovski & Kreuziger would likely move this season too.

suddenly Schleck and Vino dropping off the back at the Dauphine makes sense, they were thrashing out contract negotiations |

If the Shcleck's go to Astana then I hope Nibali doesn't, Nibali will never have a shot at the Tour de France again, he could easily settle into a super domestique role.

That's how a random post on a random forum can lead to news stories
No way I would ever have stumbled upon it by myself.
However, judging by the Google translation, it does sound like that Popovych is just summing up the rumours about riders leaving the team. However, I'm hoping/guessing the Ukrainian who posted the link knows better |
