This pack contains about 550 faces. ~100 made by me, rest by the community in general.
Most riders have peau files next to the visage, the other riders will have a default arm/leg colour.

Just copy into CM_Textures/Skin.
Then you will have to define everything in the DB/Save. In DYN_cyclist->gene_Tga_skin or something like this.

Just save it on your desktop and then open it in a grahpics program and save it as a tga file...

It's not hard at all. Just open it with Paint.Net and press Ctrl+Shift+S, name it nibali_visage and save as .tga.

It`s not paint. It`s Paint.NET, google for it.
You must define the face in DYN_Cyclist and then going into gene_f_skin or something like this.
Can`t link you a TGA as I am sitting here with my Netbook and absolutely nothing but internet stuff installed.
Edit: Just try it the way Pellizotti explained. It`s not hard at all. Much easier than edit the DB to have the face ingame.

Vaitkus is on page 12 in the RadioShack pack. Not the best actually, but there weren`t many good pictures of him without glasses etc.
