They seem to be saving themselves for tomorrow. |

It's not a stage for Contador today, he is way to bad a downhiller to try anything today. He will just follow on Chamrousse and will play it safe on the downhill.

Great work in the intermediate group by AG2R for Riblon who will be in the top 10, and Rolland did a good thing by catching them
Team Europcar !!

Nice first win for Navarro.
Anyway, off to yell at Eurosports schedulers who decided tomorrow's stage is pointless to show live.

Eurosport is showing it live here in Portugal. At least it's on the schedule from 15h30 to 17h GMT.

We have to put up with the most annoying commentator ever. So a bonus for us was due.

Nice to see Pinot showing himself so early. He's massively talented, but I wasn't expecting him to show it this early. He only just turned 20 a few short days ago.
Funny how, looking at the massively promising young climbers out there in Pinot's generation, every one of them is french. Geniez, Sicard, Pinot.

How is an extra hour of him a bonus?

It's a fact that Sicard was quite impressive in Risoul, I didn't really see what happened yersterday (I caught a streaming too late...), but it would be nice if he was able to win l'Alpe.
Oh and btw, could someone tell me what did Sanchez and Szmyd yesterday? I expected more from them here.

Why the funk is it not on Eurosport as advertised everywhere including by the guy commentating Tennis?

Benefits of watching the stage live in a good TV outweigh all blatant idiocy displayed during said stage.

Damnit Menchov! I voted for you to win the stage. Props to Cervelo for animating the race though. |

45 Second lead for Pujol. He seems to be struggling to stay out front. |

Menchov is in his usual Tour de France shape.
Contador's helpers are doing a good job today. |
