Groenwegen has actually been good all year. A couple of Top 10s in Baltic Chain Tour and Olympia's Tour.

It is always the way. The big names have had much longer and tougher seasons and are probably just looking forward to the off season. A lot of these guys from smaller teams have been training towards these races all season in the hope of pulling off a big win.

But what happened to Greipel?
Van Hummel did cut him off drastically in pursuit of Kittel.
Only 12 guys together in the end, so not that big of a (sprint) result for anyone after Groenewegen imo, the crash decided who was there and who not.
And to the organisation:
Who the fuck has the idea of having the finish line right in a curve, so the camera behind can't see anything until everyone soft pedals again, and the second to last camera had half of the picture filled with beautiful spectator heads.

Coppa Sabatini has only 11 teams at the start, that surprises me a bit.

Degenkolb, Bouhanni, Nizzolo. May be shuffled around a bit, but they should be a step above the rest.

Bad. He's one of the guys who discredited cycling in Germany.

Has to be said that Vachon won with kinda similar style as Blythe did Binche-Tournai-Binche - with an late attack.

That'd be more like the Pate-style of winning

Just a little off-topic, but it occurs to me you've had the same avatar for quite some time now, Alakagom, any particular reason? |

The ex?-dopers whenever they return, they always come up with top-10s in the Italian classics. Well, not with Schumacher in 2010, but he started having good results in 2011. |
