Tour Down Under Stage 2
Big breakaway group. Still no chance for them to win today
We are again the fastest train there. Greipel is again behind Eisel, this time Chavanel is there too
After a great job made by Ignatiev now it's time to see Maaskant in front. This looks like yesterday's stage and maybe Eisel can do it again
Difficult corner right when we enter the final kilometre. Maaskant, Freire, Eisel and Chavanel are in front. Greipel, O'Grady, Ignatiev and Goss are still there somehow
Acceleration by Freire and it's seems that is going to be between him and Eisel
And Freire gets his first win for Saunier Duval. Eisel is second and he keeps the orange jersey

Tour Down Under Stage 3
The escapes.
We are ready for the sprint and this time no one managed to get in our slipstream
Ignatiev is really fast today. Nobody can keep it up with us which are great news for Eisel
Maaskant's lead-out let only one man with chances to win today except Eisel, Allan Davis
But Davis doesn't seems to have enough power to win today
Second stage win for Eisel, now in the orange jersey. Maaskant was celebrating Eisel's win and that almost cost him a place on the podium

Tour Down Under Stage 4
For the first time the breakaway was a real threat
But the fast pace set up behind by Rabon and Devine stop them
There's some strong wind and that doesn't seem to help us there as we are a little bit behind
Freire was put in a perfect position there by Saunier Duval
Now Eisel has to get his wheel if he still wants to win today. Ignatiev, Mondory, Paolini and Maaskant are pretty close too
Oscar Freire wins, with Eisel again behind him. In his first 4 race days Eisel has 2 wins and 2 second places!

Tour Down Under Stage 5
Meersman is in the breakaway
But it seems that Saunier Duval and Liquigas just don't want to see the brekaway winning today
Though that they were caught Meersman managed to be first on Willunga Hill
After Willunga Hill there was made a group with many interesting names. Van Avermaet, O'Grady, Cancellara, Vansummeren, Maaskant, Ardila, Devolder, Terpstra, Pineau, Chavanel, Gilbert and Ginanni are there.
Yes Maaskant is there but he doesn't work too much. Maybe he doesn't have enough power or he is just doing Eisel's job, who is still in the pack
The stage finishes in a small uphill. O'Grady, Cancellara and Terpstra have a little advantage over the others so it looks like it's going to be between them today for the win
Dangerous sprint threre as Cancellara and O'Grady are very close to each other
O'Grady gets the win for LPR and he also grabs the orange jersey
Maaskant was the last one in that group, but he is fourth overall because of the bonifications won in the previous stages
Ignatiev was one of the first guys in the pack but still he couldn't catch the escapes for Eisel and now the ex-Austrian Champion is 13th overall more than 1 minute behind O'Grady. That means that from Columbia only Maaskant has now chances to win the overall rankings, but only if he will get in the first 2 places tomorrow and O'Grady is not on the podium
Stage
1. Stuart O'Grady LPR Brakes - Ballan 3h21'42
2. Fabian Cancellara Team CSC - Saxo Bank s.t.
3. Niki Terpstra Bouygues Télécom s.t.
4. Philippe Gilbert Crédit Agricole s.t.
5. Sylvain Chavanel Caisse d'Epargne s.t.
6. Jérôme Pineau Agritubel s.t.
7. Greg Van Avermaet Silence - Lotto s.t.
8. Francesco Ginanni Euskaltel - Euskadi s.t.
9. Stijn Devolder Quick·Step s.t.
10. Mauricio Ardila Agritubel s.t.
Overall
1. Stuart O'Grady LPR Brakes - Ballan 16h04'37
2. Fabian Cancellara Team CSC - Saxo Bank + 2
3. Niki Terpstra Bouygues Télécom + 4
4. Martijn Maaskant Team Columbia s.t.
5. Greg Van Avermaet Silence - Lotto + 6
6. Stijn Devolder Quick·Step s.t.
7. Johan Vansummeren Silence - Lotto s.t.

not really. If Maaskant will finish higher than Terpstra in the final stage he will get the third place. |

Tour of Qatar Stage 2
Phinney tried to get in the brekaway but with was hard to do anythin with all that strong wind.
Wiggins is leading the pack in the final kilometres. Boom and Cavendish are behind him
But because of a blast he and Boom are gone. Now Cavendish has to do it all by himself
Crash in the front of the pack! Moos is down. At least nobody else crashed
This is going to be really close but Cavendish isn't really in the best position
Clarke takes the win for Mitsubishi. Cavendish was just fifth but he is the new overall leader
