I find that also with most careers. I can't simply stop at the end of the first season, even if sometimes transfers and rider development become a little unrealistic. As each season passes it can get more exciting |

Climbers
Kanstantsin Siutsou
[img-r]https://i642.photobucket.com/albums/uu145/alexkr93/The%20team%20for%202010/Team%202010/kanstastinsiutsou.png[/img-r]
After a great 2008 season when he was the leader for Giro, where he won a stage and even wore the pink jersey for a few days, but losing it to Valverde, the guy who won Giro in the end, his performance weren't too strong in 2009 comparative with that. He wasn't the leader anymore as he had Rogers there but he was let to go after the green jersey, for the best climber and he wore it in Rome. In 2010 probably he will try to get again the green jersey in Giro and to help Rogers get a good performance in the overall rankings.
Craig Lewis
[img-r]https://i642.photobucket.com/albums/uu145/alexkr93/The%20team%20for%202010/Team%202010/craiglewis.png[/img-r]
Craig is a talented young climber that still has a lot to show to the World of cycling. Last year he made his debut in a Grand Tour, riding in Vuelta a Espana where he was the last man to help on the climbs Thomas Lovkvist getting his 7th place in Madrid. He shown a real progress since the start of the 2008 season and maybe he will become even better this year as he will ride again the Vuelta, suporting last year winner Vladimir Karpets.
John Devine
[img-r]https://i642.photobucket.com/albums/uu145/alexkr93/The%20team%20for%202010/Team%202010/JohnDevine.jpg[/img-r]Devine looked first to be our best America climber, but slowly he was beaten by Craig Lewis. Though he is the only one from those 2 that actualy has a win, the grey jersey for the best climber in Vuelta a Espana 2009. He also helped Taylor Phinney to get the National title in the USA Championships. In 2010 we should see him getting back in Vuelta to defend the jersey won last year and maybe now Phinney will help him getting the USA National Champion jersey.
Jakob Fuglsang
[img-r]https://i642.photobucket.com/albums/uu145/alexkr93/The%20team%20for%202010/Team%202010/jakobfuglsang.jpg[/img-r]
Jakob is the first Dane to ride for our team and is one of the most talented riders in the World on all the terrains, except maybe the cobbles. He is still pretty young so we won't force him riding too many hard races. Fuglsang should lead the team into our exotic races like Tour de Langkawi. Also only to help him get some experience the team will ride for the first Tour of Qinghai Lake, which is in July, during Le Tour de France. At the moment he can climb pretty well, going also good over hills and time - trials, but we don't want to ruin all his potential by riding too much, so starting with 2011 we should see him there at the top in the important races as well. |

Fuglsang is a beast, I think you didn`t have him for the 2009 season cause I can`t remember him riding anything

Team Columbia -- 2010 Season
After past 2 great season when we won the Pro Tour rankings both individual and teams we are back to defend our titles in 2010. While the whole team will work for the team rankings, we have Kim Kirchen for the individual rankings, the man who also won it in the past years. So he will be our main rider to get the points, but we also have Marcus Burghardt, Mark Cavendish, Bernhard Eisel, Mikhail Ignatiev Thomas Lovkvist, Linus Gerdemann, Lars Boom, Martjin Maaskant, Vladimir Karpets or Michael Rogers. For the first time the team will not focus only on sprints, classics and one week races. Now we also have a man that can ride with the best guys any Grand Tour, last year Vuelta e Espana winner, Vladimir Karpets. He won the Vuelta while riding for Caisse d'Epargne but maybe he can do it again now that he will be riding under our colors.
The goals are pretty much the same like last year. For the Ardennes classics we have our team star Kim Kirchen, Martijn Maaskant and Marcus Burghardt for Paris - Roubaix, while Ciolek and Eisel will try to become the best sprinters in Vuelta and Le Tour. Last year we only acomplished two goals, the green jersey in Le Tour with Edvald Boasson Hagen and the win in Liege - Bastogne - Liege with Kim Kirchen. Lets see how many of them we can do this time.
Since we have the same goals like last year the key races are the same too, with Milano - Sanremo being the only race that does not appear it the goals section as well. Milano - Sanremo is the race where in 2008 we managed to get the first two places with George Hincapie, who is now riding for Bouygues Telecom, and Kim Kirchen.
Our budget for bringing new riders in isn't a huge one. But we don't need one as the only rider who will leave the team at the end of this season seems to be Bert Grabsch. Still we have some money and with the money that we will gain this year we could sign a pretty good rider, but we shall see.
The 2010 season is about to start so I can only say:
'Please take a sit and enjoy it... '

I like your way to present your team.
You need to work hard if you want to have a good sposors confidence at the end of season.
Good luck |

Aussie Championships
2008: Michael Rogers Team Columbia
2009: Rory Sutherland Health net presented by Maxxis 4h27'06
Rogers made an attack from the early metres of the stage
The other big names came as well and soon we had a very strong group in front with Rogers, Evans, Lloyd, McGee and O'Grady
Since they are two there the Silence Lotto guys will probably try some attacks to get rid of the others. And Lloyd is the first to do that
And he seems that he even got away with no one chasing him down behind
Rogers sees that he is caught in a trap there and goes after Lloyd
Finally with huge efforst Rogers is in Lloyd's wheel
But on the last hill of the day, paying back the hard work he made catching Lloyd, Rogers cracked and let Lloyd alone in front
So no obstacle for Lloyd to get the natioanal jersey this year
Rogers was so tired that he even lost the second place in the last metres to McGee.
