I don't get it either. But it's is his first race for the team and a good result immediately. |

He was cleared from the German sports court, but the NADA will (or already have) appeal the decision, but until the CAS decides he´s free to race.
The competition was really weak in France, so a 3rd place doesn´t mean he´s competitive in harder races. And with Duenas has had some good company.

No, he's another (ex-)doper. |

I know we don't usually post results of .NE races, but I figured I should make note of what happened at the Mayor's Cup Crit in Boston a couple days ago. Why?
UHC's Karl Menzies...got Zabled!
Anyway, so Luke Keough won instead. I know it's a relatively common occurrence, but it's still great when it happens.
EDIT: That should either be 'pulled a Zabel' or 'got Freired'. Choose your favorite.

I read somewhere that the finish was atop Colle di Superga. Is that correct?
Another brilliant result from Kessiakoff!

Thanks Alakagom. That certainly explains Contador's victory.
Taborre once again shows that he's a very underrated climber.

Great riders in the top 10. Ulissi showing another very good result this year and should get more opportunities in the bigger races next year. Also a very good result for Kessiakoff. |

From the race report on the race's website:
Alle sue spalle, un coriaceo Ulissi ed il kazako Kessiakoff, con Rodriguez quarto e Betancur quinto.
