I thought the game start at 17:00 local time as all other games.
Now I turned on the TV to find that the game is almost over.
But looking at the result I must have been lucky to have missed it. |

"local time" refers to the location the game is held.
But you are right, 17:00 local time (Brazil) is 22:00 in Switzerland. |

my mistake then, I'm used to when somebody uses local time, they mean their own local time and assumed that it was the case here aswell.
Germany appearently never lost a penalty shoot-out in the world cup  they did however in european, otherwise Paneka wouldn't be so famous 
I'm really shaky again, not sure if it's from the exiting stage I just played in TdF or the excitement in the final.
