Don't believe the media. In 2010 he will have the choice between the two teams. And also, what they quote him as saying is that at one point in the future he'll ride for Germany again. I don't think that year will be in 2010. Maybe 2020.

Tro-Bro Léon and Tour de Vendée will rise to HC next year. The Tour du Limousin wants to do the same. The Tour du Haut Var wants to expand to 3 days.

It's hard too see this sport more and more centered in France... Everywhere races lose importance and are canceled because of the crisis except in France where all the racing happens. I wish this could be avoided somehow...
Anyway cyclingnews messes up again:
Having missed the Giro and the Tour, Davis will line up next weekend at the Vuelta a España for the final - though his first - Grand Tour of the year. "
Three weeks amnesia??

Three-week idiocy.
Anyway, Nibali's crash turned out to be serious. Broken collarbone.

Caisse management says:
"Hey Joaquim....remember how we promised you you'd be GC leader for the Vuelta and the Giro and then we completely f***ed up your Giro preparations giving you no chance of showing up at an acceptable level?
Then remember how we promised we'd make amends by not messing with your Vuelta preparations?
Yeah....we're gonna need you to not be team leader. And if you could just go ahead and....work for Valverde.....that'd be greeeeeeat...."
A cookie for anyone who gets the pop culture reference.
EDIT: The above is (obviously paraphrased) from an interview with J.RodrÃguez earlier today.

I posted that at work where I generally come in at least fifteen minutes late. I use the side door - that way my boss can't see me - and, uh, after that I just sorta space out for about an hour.
Yeah, I just stare at my desk; but it looks like I'm working. I do that for probably another hour after lunch, too. I'd say in a given week I probably only do about fifteen minutes of real, actual, work.

I do the same. It's not that I'm lazy...it's that I just don't care. If I work my ass off and the company ships a few extra units...I don't see another dime. So where's the motivation?
And I'll tell ya somethin' else, too. I have eight different bosses right now. That means every time I screw up I have eight people coming by to tell me about it.
That's my one real motivation: to not get hassled. That and the fear of getting fired, but that'll only make someone work just hard enough to not get fired.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Since we both work in IT, that movie completely defines how me and my best friend feel about work.
EDIT: I know I probably screwed up the above quote, but I'm doing it from memory, so it's to be expected.

My clients are bosses and directors of retail businesses.
If I could trade clients, I would. Trust me. the Tesco bosses especially wouldn't look out of place on notalwaysright.com

That has absolutely nothing to do with my job. I don't work in tech support, I'm a systems analyst. Now if you'll excuse me, I "suddenly" have something I need to show my father

Yeah, it's called a personal trainer and cycling coach. I will certainly try to get a better job. I've learnt through experiences that working for anyone else is completely crud (vizlefx showed me that big time). As a student, I have to get up at 4:15am to get to work for 5am, just to work for 3 hours. Talk about how much that ruins your summer...
