Van Leijen is of higher calibre than Hoogerland or Westra, who both became full pro's this year. And that while Westra won the Tour de Picardie and Hoogerland the 3-days west-flanders (as well as finishing 12th in RVV). |

I thought Malori was quite talented? He did well in the worlds last year if i remember correctly.

Also, do you have any info on Diego Ulissi? I think I've heard, last year, that he signed with either Liquigas or Lampre. No sign of him, though.

Lampre. But his start in the ProTour has been delayed 2 times already. At this point it's unclear when he'll join the team. He has a pre-contract, though.

Laurent Didier has signed a 2 year contract with Saxo Bank.
Ballan says that he's been contacted by Astana, Sky, Rabobank, RadioShack and Lampre. He says that he'd be delighted to ride alongside Armstrong. |
