Armstrong text. I Have to agree with cycling news, in the giro stage by stage he was stronger, weeks before the giro he broke his collarbone, which ruined his preparation, i don´t know what to expect from lance. What do you guys think? |

To be honest i can see contador easily beating armstrong (well i hope so) adn also ansy schleck. As they have not ridden a grand tour already this year and it must have took alot out of him especially after a few years away. Tho i can see him getting a top 10 - 15 depends on how much he has to work for contador (of at all)  |

To be honest i can see contador easily beating armstrong (well i hope so),
well i hope not, i hope that contador falls and abandons the tour, he is a doper if the spanish goverment was sure he wasn´t they would give the samples to the uci. Is because of that that i don´t like contador.
Armstrong if possible, evans and menchov for the win. |

Lance will ride his heart out and gain new respect from everyone here..... as a domestique. Seriously, I used to hate Lance, but I've gained a lot of respect for him this year. He's working hard, he's being the perfect teammate, and he's been respectful to everyone all the time. No lets see if that holds up through the tour, but if he rides as a domestique with the same attitude he's had this entire year, I think most people will gain new respect for him. I have so far this year.
Note: I don't think that post made any sense, but, whatever |

Yes you are taking the mick but then you go and say menchov who is just as likely to be on drugs considering he is russian and also used to ride for banesto when mancebo etc were there so you cant say menchov and moan about contador being a druggy. |

Sorry but i hate when people do like that guy did before and wool is covering his eyes. Anyway why oh why are skil shimano in the tdf lol no offense to them but they arent going to do anyhting. Yes they have veelers but nothing outstanding. Surely vaconseil would have been a better choice considering cooke lotheriere tracksel etc (i cant spell there names ) |

I'm going to make a prediction:
Contador will ride the Tour for Caisse.
Now, you're asking why? This is why:
The UCI wants Astana to pay a guarantuee of 6 million euros by 1700 houres tomorrow. This is for the remaining months of the year the salaries of thw wages.
Rini Wagtman, the person who handels this stuff for the Kasakh governement/sponsors/whatever already confirmed, Astana will not pay this.
This makes sence because if they had troubles paying the salaries last few months, how would they be able to pay 6 million all at once?
This will result in the UCI withdrawing Astana's Pro Tour license.
Caisse had already shown interest in Contador before with Valverde not starting and all, plus now that Valverde thanked Conatdor or worked together with him, indicates something is going on between them.
I'm thinking, Astana loses its licence tomorrow, Contador rides for Caisse within the week. |

But I still what ever happens with Astana money..they do anything to get Lance to TdF.

If Astana doesn't have money to pay and their license is retired, Lance and Bruynnel will join forces and pay themselves the 6 million, or they will try something else so that Lance can be on the Tour. But the statements from Contador only show that is unselfish, he wants to win no matter what he has to do, so I truthly believe on mrlol's theory. |
