This is actually what I dislike the most at the moment. Not the fact that they still play in the first league, but that they still are that proud of it. 
Last 25 years was not much left from the real success in Hamburg. Since the Seeler days they slowly go down and just have a few peaks to show.
I don`t like Bayern neither but actually they never relegated neither. They just came up 2 years late as Munich wasn`t allowed to have 2 teams at first and the decision was made to have 1860 in 1st League back then.
But they don`t really mention this so often. |

There's actually nothing i'm proud of (except of my daughter), but what I was trying to say, is: it's still a good feeling to stay in League #1 No matter our history, just speaking of the past two or three years.
Of course it's a shame how quick we turned from an annual European Competition member (until four years back) into a loser team. That semi-finale losses against Bremen back then were surely a reason

So now that we remain 2. Bundesliga, we remain in the Allianz Arena. Love it or hate it, we gotta play somewhere, and you gotta support your team, so boycotting the arena isn't an option for me. Therefor I got myself a season ticket today, for the amazing price of 70€. That's 4€ per match if I go to every one!
