Macebo is there probably for the KoM jersey
He only had energy to go for two out of 5 KoM sprints, though |

Why? To give Tyler a chance of winning?
After all, there's three more KoM sprints, and Jason McCartney also got some points in that competition. |

He was forced to return to the peloton by his team and his breakaway companions
EDIT: A bit late...

Well, seeing it's position in GC, it was predictable that he would do such thing otherwise the breakway didn't go very far.
RR have Tyler Hamilton in the break and without Mancebo they have another opportunity to win another stage. |

I like the update on ToC's live tracker:
Ever wonder what our title sponsor Amgen does? Amgen discovers, develops and delivers innovative and vital biotechnology medicines that over the years have helped millions of people around the world fight cancer, kidney disease and other serious illnesses. A biotechnology pioneer since 1980, Amgen was one of the first companies to realize the new science's promise by bringing safe, effective medicines from the lab to manufacturing plant to patient (YOU).
Not that it's wrong or anything, but why not say out loud that they're making EPO which is being misused by the riders of ToC?

Because they aren't, go look at the medications Amgen produces, its not EPO stuff. You'd have to get a different drug company for that.
I wanted to clear that up even though I know you are joking. |

I think I also saw someone like Gesink walking around, however he got back on his bike. Freire wasn't hard to recognise. |
