I have a few questions...
Where can I see which riders will decrease next season + how much they will increase? And is the locked forum showing racedays still the one we use? |

Every one born in 1977 or earlier will have decreased stats in the next off season. Itll be just 1 off each stat for those born in 1977, going up to roughly 5 off each stat for those boen in 1973 (The 1972 riders will retire).
Stat increases can be found:
https://www.mediafire.com/?9tu5airjzyd
\It should be self explanatory, the only thin not in there is said those who et to level 4 100 xp will receive the same increase as going from level 2 to 3.
Youll receive all the race days info when Crommy sends out the rider schedule to you some time after the transfers end. (It will go transfers end, silent auctions for 2 days, then everyone sends in their budgets, they are checked, and race schedules are sent out - it is slightly different for continental teams, as they will have to send in the excel file they all have where they choose which races to ride).
While all thats going on, there will be some races going on to keep interest up, and I will be introducing a new feature which I am looking forward to doing.

Alright, so when people told me that Samuel Sanchez had gotten worse this year, that is not true? He was the same last year? But next year he will go down one? |

Samuel Sanchez will have the same stats which he has at the moment for the coming season 2009, and also 2010, even in 2011, he will still have 78 hills.

He is from 1978, so he will be from 1977 next season or isn't this how it's done? Only cool if he'll stay the same for a couple of years |

He will always be born in 1978, the dates of births are not altered at all.

It doesnt need changing at all though The only reason for changing it would be for the young riders jersey - something which we ignore anyway.

Damn! The only chance of a jersey this year and its gone!
To be honest I don't think any team can compete with B & O's youngsters...give them all the white jerseys now and get it over with |

I don't think that this is the correct tool btw... I have a different one, where talent 7 hilly riders will go +4 up in hills in 3>4, here they only go up +3... And the tool I have, you sent me... And I have based my entire offseason on it, so I really hope that the +4 thing is the real one. |

Did you try changing the starting year in the DB? That would maybe solve the problem. |

Yeh, that must be an outdated version, dunno how that got uploaded.
Any rider with potential 7 gets a +4 for the main stat of each type when progressing to level 4.

How will the race planning be done? Are there a sheet to download somewhere or are we writing it down in a pm or what ? |
