Please give us more details. Why?
January was the limit for the spanish authorities to give over the documents to CONI so CONI could continue their investigations of Contador, Valverde, etc. Is it because of that? I doubt it
I'm confused. |

They came (at last) to the conclusion that public health crimes were being committed. Besides, they took into account the appeals made by some people involved in the case, so they got it reopened.

Yeah, I just found the link.
Apparently they're criminally suing fuentes and 7 others (no ciclists) because there was danger to the athletes' health. Stupid.
EDIT:
WAIT!
Just noticed something in the article: once the trial is over (it'll likely take years, sadly), the UCI will FINALLY have access to the blood bags. Meaning that whenver this is over, bye bye to all the riders whose names were on document 31 (the one that became public) and any other documents that might have names on them.

I am officially smackdowned. I am a bad cycling-fan which should crawl back into his cave and shut up until he finds some to smackdown with himself.

God sees everything! On Facebook at least. Now, we are careering off-topic, back to accusing cyclists of doping.

Another thing that's mentioned on almost monthly basis is the new British 'super team'. We still haven't got any official information about it, but we keep hearing rumours. E.g., it seems almost sure that Scott Sunderland will be leading it / being sports director at the team.
Anyway, today's news is that Sky Sports will be the main sponsor (they are already sponsoring the British track team), and that the budget will be of 58 million € (okay, looking at the number, I have to recalculate this ). Also, it's being said that they've already made an agreement with Mark Cavendish.
... in other news:
Rock Racing seems to be secured since they've now obtained a Continental Team license. This also means that the team will show up in San Luis despite previous reports that they had to retract.
