WHile applying the age penalties, you should always end up with less points, not more 
Anyway, upgrades closed now. I'll use the parts that I can.

Ollfardh said that I wasn't allowed to upgrade a stat, because of missing 0,2 points, when talking to him in a pm

By the quoted text he means that 0.5*140 does not give you 200 points but 70 points. When applying the penalty your original points will never increase and you will have less points to use for upgrading.

72,8 becomes 73. Ideally your points would come out as xx.501 because of the free gain. Maths is maths and you can't argue with it. Suck it up and just make better blog posts next time

Right, for punishments I decided to just cut the upgrade that took people over their points cap (of the original post).
This afternoon, we'll have natural progress and decline. That goes for all people. I could even use some volunteers who want to do it for the inactive teams!
Finaly, these riders will be removed, so don't count on them. Compensations will go into your budget.

I may do it for some inactive teams but depends how much time it takes. Wll be interesting to see which riders improve a lot and who gets a lot worse.

Natural Progress and Decline
Natural progress:
A rider aged 18-21 will receive 2 (different) stat upgrades that have not been updated before
A rider aged 22-26 will receive 1 stat upgrade that has not been updated before
Stats cannot be raised above 80 this way, nor are riders with a stat of 80 or higher eligible for this (excluding fighter and downhill as usual).
Decline:
A rider aged 34+ will lose 1 point in every stat of 75 or higher
A rider aged 36+ will lose 1 point in every stat of 70 and higher
A rider aged 38+ will lose 1 point in every stat
They are to be combined, so for example a 39 year old will drop from 76 to 73 and from 69 to 68, while a 37 year old will drop from 77 to 75 and from 72 to 71.
Please use a list from young to old like:
Caleb Ewan (20) SPR 73 Hill 70
Adam Yates (22) Hill 74
...
Niko Eeckhout (45) SPR 71, ACC 70; COBB 69 etc
As per usual, punishments for people not doing it correctly
EDIT: Maybe to clarify: The stat you post is the final stat and 34+ means 34 and up.

No, this only goes for real riders, very important!
You can skip the upgrades if you want, but I do need all the downgrades

Ok...another question...i found the EPICdb on my PCM13, because i reported a race this year...and when i try to start a career f.e. Kwiatek is 22... is he still 22 for the upgrades or already 23?
