From Hornerwood, California.
Now there has been bad press and vicious rumours/lies spread about Chris Horner recently. Well these lies are being spread by fascist terrorists for their own ends.
Truthfully, Horner is really getting huge public support ahead of the tour of California after his promotions for the 'visit California' campaign. We hope you too will cheer on 'The Hornet'. |

Right, gonna change the rules for the goals a bit, although I was hoping it wouldn't be necessary. To prevent cheating, all goals will give the same points and any pathetic goals will be removed.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Or you could leave it the same and just cancel any stupid ass goals? Much simpler solution.
But you make a system, some people will try and break it.

Just let me clear up that I had no intention of doing this, I just thought to make it known so Ollfardh could get rid of it

No easy/medium/hard goals?
And i think people that are stupid enough to make a rider with something like 80 COB, 79 HI and 74 MO (not talking of anybody specifically ), you pay the price by winning nothing.

...and better as I rather like the concept of goals on three different levels. Perhaps Ollfardh should just be allowed to overule stupid ass goals such ad Giro top 100 with Giro top 3 as an easy goal?

And if I don't set them to equal, people will set an easy hard goal and hard easy goals, so I can't compensate. All goals are equal now, sorry but it had to happen since people were getting ideas.

Can we then change our goals for Part 2 if we've made them?

Yeah, Ollfardh can just overrule stupid goals. That's that. Keep the different level of goals please.
@The Rider: Hahaha, awesome mate. My comeback will come soon.

Not that many custom riders have won anything though. None of yours have won have they?
Not that I disagree by the way, just winding you up. There are some ridiculous custom riders out there.
@Ollfardh, that's not right. How can hard goals be worth the same as easy goals?? I wouldn't have bothered setting such a hard goal else. Keep it as it was but if anybody tries to exploit the system just deduct points of them. If people are really pathetic enough to cheat in a game, then so be it.

Are you sure this has to be done?
I quite liked having the choice of going with hard goals in races your team targets and get easy counter goals or to set easy-ish goals, hoping the countergoals won't be too hard.

Well, I'll think about it. I still have time until the break hits to make a decision.

What do you mean? Lue got podiums against the Top cobblers, Tom did what i think a terrific job as lead-out (sometimes, anyway ), and Joe bagged the youth jersey in the very race you reported!

The whole thing was just hypothetical speculation by cycleman anyway. No one has tried something like that, no reason to change anything. And if one does, just sent a warning and they'll remember.

None of those are wins though.
Not like Dermot Walker (which, by the way, goes to show you don't need to make an OP rider to win things. Dermot has pretty poor stats all round.)
