Lovely. I should really visit some time a Cyclocross in Belgium. Seeing the riders countless times plus having a place to drink. Well, what's not love.

I didn't watch the race so I don't know anything about booing, but I do know that Belgian cross fans are really divided in "clans" (like Nys vs. Albert) who aren't very friendly to each other (not nearly as bad a football hooligans though) which results into booing and insulting on Internet fora.
Since Sochi is up and running: I'd love to have Cyclocross at the winter olympics one day. I think they have talked about that possibility some time ago? Hopefully they can make it work until 2018.
As for the sporza-video: No idea. Kinda feel like it's Lars van der Haar?

Belgians would finally win some medals then
Would be nice, I agree, but don't think it'll make it. Czech world champion helps though(for the international character of the sport)
Nys won in Lille ahead of Van der Haar and Meussen. Van der Haar came out of nowhere in the last meters. That guy reminds me more and more of a yoyo, always bouncing back.

He came back because Meeusen and Nys were playing poker. He was too tired to beat Nys in the sprint.

Note: Vos was beaten because she unclipped in the final sprint.
Well, he did come back several times if I remember correctly, not just in the end. I actually thought that Meeusen would win that one in the sprint and judged by his reaction at the finish line, he thought so too.
