Axelsson suddenly at almost 36yrs old, now we see him in all the moves this year. He was in the break at MSR with Bettini, Rebellin, et al
Hmm Crue you may be on to something.... Or Gianni Savio just told everyone on the team " wildcards are the name of the game" show yourself in all the races regardless of how you finish!"
Betolini, Illiano, Axelsson, these guys aren't youngsters! |

He has been 6th in Giro d'Italia and 3rd in Lombardia, so I wouldn't exactly call it suddenly, but he was also caught with the good stuff in 2001 already, so it's not his first time |

Alex you are correct, however that was back in 2000 or so then was gone for awhile. I found the real reason for his latest results - He was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2007 but made a complete recovery.
Hmm who does that remind you of. |

Someone who managed to avoid getting caught.

It's the cancer. it gave him a physical advantage because of the chemotherapy.
It's the stupidest argument ever. well, actually it's second to "If you think you can do better, do it yourself", but if it's used against armstrong, it applies here too
