May be the first time that a human controlled team loses a rider to doping in a team story?! Indeed shocking, maybe the B-sample is negative

Miguel98 - Well , he definitely lost all respect from Radenska. No one believes him now, quite strange situation...
tsmoha - I have no idea,it might be first time somebody did this. Well, he really doped IRL , with same this supstance, but i saw that yesterday, while editing something. So , i wanted to make it realistic in this story, and i made this arcticle.
baia - Yep... Well, if any team can produce supertalents, that's Radenska definitely!

Here's out squad/staff and team leaders for 2014 season. Decided to make review of it , so just sit there and enjoy. You will definitely see this guys in next season.
Jan Polanc (6th May 1992 - 22 years old)
Jan is definitely growing into next GT leader and he showed that last season. He will probably aim for something bigger, like winning some stage race from 1.HC or 1.1 category. One of most-experienced riders in our team, aswell.
Fabio Felline (29th March 1990 - 23 years old)
Fabio is our strongest singing last year. He is great on hilly terrains, and on mountains aswell. But , his specialisation is sprint. Great, just great all-arounder, will really help us.
Luka Pibernik (23rd October 1993 - 20 years old)
Luka is growing up into sprinting beast. He is great in hills , but that's not his specialisation. Really on of better riders in our squad, and definitely leader for flat-sprints.
This year, Radenska has much more experienced squad. Some big talents turned out to be great riders. Some of them will be, but all in all, great squad. Should really keep our team in PCT.
Will also add replacing Blaz Furdi with new rider, Jan Music. In his career, Jan was only rider of Adria in 2010. He can definitely help us on flat stages.
Our goals are simple this year. We are not so ambicious about promoting to WT in our first season as PCT, so we won't even try to achieve it. Here are some of us main goals:
- Stay in PCT
- Win at least 1 Stage Race
- Win at least 3 1-day Classics

Spending most of his time working with Polanc and Pavlic. Showing some great results. Was part of team since 2011.

Can also do some training for Time Trialists. Signed for Radenska this year and is currently working with Pibernik/Felline duo.

Gonzalo is part of this team since it's own start, so he really knows these guys best. Got new contract until 2016 , when he'll probably finish his "career". Really good cycling-doctor.

You can really see results of his jobs in Polanc, Pibernik , Rajsp and all of these talents that he saw and we produced. Proud to have him in our team.

Awesome team presentation. Realistic goals too! I was expecting you to want to promote, but PCT is probably more realistic. I dont think anyone would say no if the possibility of promoting came up though. Polanc looks really strong. I suppose if you dont promote he may want to move to a PT team next year.

valverde321 - Thanks so much! Hmm , promoting is too much for this number of riders and this kind of squad. Of course that we'll accept WT license , even now, but how big are possibilities for that? Be realistic. And about Polanc, well, we know what's situation about, and we had conversation, so Jan said he'll probably need stronger team than Radenska , if we don't promote. On another side, we'll have money to buy another GC rider if that happens.
sutty68 - Yep! I didn't want to go too much, since it's first season and riders have to adapt to PCT and all of these new races.

First 1/4 of 2014 Calendar is ready. Check it out here.
Season already started. As every year, season's opened by races in Australia/New Zealand and South America. Peter Sagan was absolutely dominant in Australia , on first WT race in calendar, Santos Tour Down Under. He had same time as Fedrigo , but Sagan won 3 sprints and that meant orange jersey for the end of race. Moreno finished as 3rd, 30 seconds behind this duo.
Also, one of most important races in January is Tour de San Luis. All WT teams send good squads there, just to train for Ardennes Classics and Giro. This time, Sky was best with Uran taking the win. Spilak was 2nd, 34 seconds behind Uran and 7 seconds in front of Hesjedal.
No major injuries or news in January, except that scandal with Blaz Furdi.
As our team didn't parcipate in any of these races in January, we're still not ranked on any of lists. No big differences in any of these , so we'll just going to show number of wins for now.
Cavendish is first with 8 wins, and is really in big advantage over 2nd, Andre Greipel. The Manx Missile got most of his wins at Oman and Luis. He also got one in Australia.

Teams Plan
Hmm, our plan is probably achieving TOP5 , just as last year.
Squad
Startlist
First race of 2014 is just about to start. Great weather for February. Nice conditions for cycling, aswell.
Group of 9 riders started breakaway, few kilometers after race started. They definitely had not chance to win in mass-sprint, so they set off.
Peloton let them gain 8 minutes, and then slightly started lowering it. Since not so strong riders were in breakaway, they left them stay a bit longer than it was expected. Finally, peloton caught them at 10kilometers to go. Meanwhile, Brandle had some knees problems , but he was fine after few kilometers.
At 5 kilometers to go, there were 2 trains. OPQS set up one , and other one was Radenska's. This looks pretty nice for us.
After finishing last climb, riders had to go downhill and enter last kilometer with sprint. Mohoric - Brandle - Felline was our train. Mohoric brought last 2 riders to great position , but Brandle still felt pain and could not lead out Fabio to a perfect position. At the same time, Meersman was absolutely unbeatable and he brought 12th win for OPQS this season.
At the end , Felline got 5th place, just as Jan, last year.

Hmm , quite good result for us, but it could've been better. We just have to train tactics with new guys and in few races this will be perfect squad. I really believe in these guys!

Guys i have problem. This career is on 0.5 evolution , and some guys are improving so quickly. Perfect example is Luka Pibernik, who is on 65MO;69HIL/ 76SP;74ACC right now. Is that "normal" or too fast for 0.5? Should i edit it? Thanks.
Teams Plan
If Fabio/Luka survives until last climb, our first option is sprint definitely. If not , Jan is always there to attack on mountain.
Squad
Startlist
Once again, huge group started breakaway. This time, we had our pick for it. It was Alexandr Pliuschin. His first race and first breakaway. We'll see what can he do in Radenska jersey.
4 guys of 13 refused to relay, so breakaway group was unstable. Attacks were coming from all sides. And they actually gained 6 minutes with that tactic.
Alexandr was not attacking too much, just because he focused on last climb and he saved energy for it. Everyone was exhaused, excep Ackerman , Pliuschin and Van Zandbeek who attacked on last climb. They are 30" in front of peloton now.
However, this attempt was fastly anulled by peloton. Now , there's one compact group with favourites at it's top. Last climb is finished, and boom! Henao and Bakelants are attacking, no one has energy to follow them. It's downhill and 5kms to go, right now.
They got about 30 seconds of advantage, but E2 was working hard to get that, with Cappechi , Felline , Polanc and Rubiano at it's front. Sprint started, but guys at front was exhausted. Polanc was perfect leadout for Felline. They got Bakelants! Can Fabio catch Henao?
Argh, Columbian had energy just to stay in front of Felline and win this race. Such an interesting and amazing race. Henao is winner!
Pain and sweat was clearly visible on Henao's face. Polanc finished 4th. Woohoo!
