Large restriction on this round. But still a chance to pick up a good solid rider.

So for the short round up.
Phinney, Quintana and Betancur were the most popular riders, just ahead of Matthews.
Dombrowski made it onto 2 lists. Demare onto one list. Despite them already having been drafted.
ITV was most bumped down its 4th pick. 9 teams were bumped in total.
Maxime sent the oddest list. With 7 over age riders and one already drafted.
FroomeDog was forced to send a second lists, as his original offering was even worse.
So we move onto Round 5! The CT teams get involved!
No restrictions.
For the draft order check the early reserved posts. It wont come tonight. It will appear tomorrow evening. So of course until then you cant send me any lists.

Noooooooooooo! Not Kelderman! Was one of my main targets 
(although I think that I picked the main target of CC Cafe for this round, Quintana  )
Got my 2nd pick, Nairo Quintana. Would have liked Phinney though

Ah wait, I just checked his birthdate and was one year off. Could you then go to the next available pick I sent in? That should be Leigh Howard, but please correct me if I'm wrong, the excel file isn't really reliable for this.

also Travis is 23 years old so is still a valid pick
and wikipedia and cq are good for ages

The draft order come only tomorrow or the draft itself is tomorrow and the order is somewhere where i can't find it? hmmm... can't wait for it.

Well yes, but it wouldn't make much sense to put a guy way down on the list as my nr. 1 pick
So yeah, I double checked on Leigh Howard on wikipedia, I'll take that one then, please. I'll make sure to add first names from next round on
