not try to be mean but personally I find it unpleasent if i'm reminded by my mistake's multiple times

The min values are defaults. You get 4 points. That means you can have 73 Rec and 70 MO but only 68 TT and Pro.

Also, if you gonna have a bunch of none primary stats in the high 60s you should have some that are low 50s to balance. Otherwise its just silly and none of the riders have any character.
Yes indeed, Flair is completely right on this. You should have less stats 63-65, because it will be too much overpowerd otherwise.
But don't worry, every rider who does exist in real life(Contador, Cavendish, basicly everyone) gets a -7 on their stats and the custom riders will develop very fast, so after one year your MO could be for example 3 stats higher.

Well... at least this gives the game more riders...
not so sure either but I only became a manager so I have a safety net if my fighter couldn't find a team.
edit: what makes it worse, is that my fighter has signed a contract with another team. so I am involved with 3 teams. so I would like to know if that is still alright

its looking very intresting but just to be sure. Do you need to play PCM 12 your self. Or it is just to layback and have some feedback with the teamleader about the season planing and so on or do you have to have PCM 12 and play it for your self. Its just the cyklist part of the game I am woundering about. I understand with the Manager part you probobly need pcm 2012
