Actually I fully agree that this Vuelta seems designed with Purito in mind
Even the single TT has a major climb
a short TT with a massively steep finish?
a cat 3 in an otherwise planflat TT

I count 9 mountain finishes, most of them the kind of short sharp stage that's usually exciting.
If your name is Joaquim
He was there last year and failed mostly. He can do the same.
And I think we got new kid coming back from too
He is 27
No shit
Well, Sky did it. They won the prize they came for 3 years ago. Seems their facebook is overloading right now

This Tour has been a let down. Not that my favourite didn't win(gimme the hate) but overall it was boring mainly the 2nd and 3rd week. The 1st week was good. |

Cunego?
Do you really consider him a contender in the Vuelta? Tell me again, how did he do in the Giro?

6th overall isn't too bad - and I don't think he was in top form... |

I could see him Top 10. Thats decent enough for a good finish on atleast one punchy finish imo. He has had some recent GT Top 10's too, hes not too bad.

He's the rider, or one of the riders, with most race days this year, if he gets a top-3/5 result in the Vuelta, I'll be surprised. |

Top 10 is definitely achievable for him, however I can't see him getting any stage win. Unless he loses time on purpose and then goes into breaks.

Does anyone else think Wiggins would have gone inside 1 hour if he had shaved off his sideburns?

Also, if the riders had decided to race the Giro properly, and not just the last two days, Cunego would've been far down in the GC.

Honourable mention to Patrick Gretsch, and that's all I have to say about this.
Complete boredom, and I had like 10 things today I rather did than watching the TT.
German teletext says Wiggins didn't know Hollande's name and just approached him with "Mr. Chirac". Nothing to add to that.

Aren't GT's 21 stages long? Tomorrow is the last day and we're only at 20.
Pozzato sucks!
