I think it might have been the rest day, after the first one he got dropped the next day, same case here.

This is the difference between Sky and BMC. Evans can't follow and TvG keeps there. In Sky thngs aren't the same. |

if only Nibali had a better team he would won this tour hands down.....sky is definitively on something its almost crazy how they keep the pace so high every single stage

They haven't been keeping the pace high really. The peleton were coasting up the climbs until liquigas took over today. Sky are extremely strong though and they can set a very high pace when they need to, I agree. |
