Thanks a lot for your support. Next report will come maybe tomorrow evening after a long day of work. Sorry for the last days without any update, but the work is killing me right now. I hate it |

@ Sutty, You´re right but anyway: It´s so boring Let´s go on with Team Sky, sorry for the last days.
The last race in February is in one of the most beautiful places I´ve ever been so far, Lugano. It´s another one day classic but this time with more hilly sections and no cobblestones.
Our team squad will be lead by Lövkvist and Knees. Their shapes are not that brilliant so far, so don´t expect any great results this time. It´s just a race for improving some shapes and because of the wonderful landscape..
Anyway there are some famous names in Switzerland, too. Scarponi, Albasini, Menchov, Roche, Vanendert, Poels and Fuglsang are going to participate in today´s race.

Our favourite tactic worked again today. We´ve sent another Sky rider into a breakaway, which was destroyed by Peter Kennaugh and his great pace.
On the last uphill section, some action was made by Lövkvist and Knees but no one of them created a gap. Lövkvist even lost some seconds in the end to the front group, where most of the favourites were in.
The last downhill was in process, when Knees took the lead and tried to sprint from the front. Especially Vanendert and Roche were still in this group with some team mates.
Bad luck. He was picked up just in front of the line. Still a nice try for Christian Knees, this was the only chance to win this race.
Jelle Vanendert is the luck one today with Efimkin and Plaza behind him. Knees finished on a nice 12th position with some exhausted legs in the end.
Sorry for no tables today, just forgot to export the results. |

The second race month is over now and we´re pretty happy with some great results especially by Boasson Hagen and Siutsou. The Pro Tour is of course the same, as there was no race in the highest class.
Let´s have a look at the race results and the complete rankings of professional cycling.

After a great month for Team Sky, it´s going to be more exciting and important in these next weeks. Some really hard Pro Tour Races will be held in March. First of all, we´ve got two stage races in France and Italy. Paris - Nice will be a nice possibility for Bradley Wiggins to show some of his skills. Tirreno - Adriatico might be even harder with two time trials and some interesting hilly stages. Siutsou, Froome and Lövkvist seem to be a nice choice for that, just like Mark Cavendish for the sprints. Surely it´s very important for Mark to get some race days before one of the most famous one day classic is awaiting the Pro Tour, Milan - San Remo. Cav is our leader there with Flecha and Boasson Hagen on his side.
After that there is still one stage race to go in Spain. The Volta Ciclista a Catalunya consists of some very nice stages with hilly sections, but all in all it isn´t that hard. Maybe the best chance for Richie Porte to show his strength.
The Criterium International, the smaller Tour de France, is always a nice race with a route for sprinters, climbers and time trialists. We´re not sure, who is gonna lead Team Sky in France this time.
But one thing is for sure: Juan Antonio Flecha is our captain for the last races. The first Pro Tour event on cobbles is finally waiting for our team in Belgium, where else?
The E3 Prijs Vlaanderen - Harelbeke will show the shapes of the whole peloton, including Cancellara and Boonen. After that, Flecha will lead the squad at the "Panne Tour" for 4 stages.
That´s it for March, hopefully you´ll like our calendar. We´re looking forward to an exciting month with a lot of good results for Sky, I hope. |

Thanks sutty!
By the way, the next three weeks will be much better for me, as there is only some school. That means, there is much more time for Team Sky. |
