+1 really foolish by him.

Love Hagen now and i think that guy who lives by that house where Voeckler and Hivert almost crashed could sell that piece off terain for much money Grin

WTF? If you dont take the chance, you wont win anything. Its fantastic that Contador is so offensive, not so boring as The Schlecks.

I dont think Contador used a lot more (if more at all) energi than the others.

Damn, if that climb was 2km longer Mollema had a chance. He was 35 seconds behind when he started attacking and was 15 seconds behind at the top.
Too late Sad
And Hagen is a way better in the descend obviously.

Tomorrow and friday another chance for Bauke!

But you saw how exhausted Bauke was at the finish line? He would probably catch EBH, but you must agree that there is no way Bauke would outsprint him.

Voeckler showing to the camera all his body shaking for the nerves before the podium. This man is a genious. Grin

Ehm.. Contador is better descender than Andy and Frank.. It's only about that.. If Schlecks would be good in downhills, they would attacked as well. Wink

So since the Schlecks didn't attack uphill, I suppose they suck at that too?

Yet in a pre-race interview Andy said "Yesterday I was blocked, I'm normally a very good descender."

You can attack only if you have power for that, if you are better than other. So they didn't attack because they didn't have enough power for that or because they didn't want do that, most probably, because every attack is risk in some way. The theory if they suck or not make yourself. Wink

Holy mother of God, this Tour has been nothing more than one giant Norwegian orgasm!

Norway has taken the most WT-points so far in the TdF out of all the other nations, but does anyone have more stage wins than Norway so far? Or are we tied with Spain?

Great Britain - 4
Norway - 4
Spain - 2
Belgium - 2

EDIT: Who cares about WT points?

Honestly, the favourites who attacked most in the Pyrenees were the Schlecks, so there´s no point saying that they´re boring and Contador isn´t. Also, last year Andy showed a good descent after having problems with his chain (he´s not very good, though. Today, Voeckler leaving the road in front of him wasn´t that useful to stay on Contador´s wheel. It had no impact on the result of Schleck anyway, it just took longer to catch the two.

I still hope there will be some action tomorrow, no matter who attacksSmile

That will change when the GC guys get their WT points after the last stage. Wink

There was almost 100% chance that he would be "blocked" yesterday if he would be in the end of that group in the start of that descent. It's his fault. And yeah, he isn't so bad descender as almost everybody is saying, if I am talking about GC contenders. Yeah, there are some way better descenders like Nibali or Sanchez, some really good descenders like Contador or Evans.. And then there are some quite good descenders like Schlecks or Kreuziger. Andy there are worse for sure too. Gesink, Basso or Rujano, Antono or Rodriguez for example.
But yesterday, I don't know. How I said he was in the end of that group in start of the descent. So it was main problem, probably. Because, really, normally he isn't worse descender than Basso, for example. Wink

EDIT: But yeah, "very good" descender, he isn't, end of story. Smile

I like Andy, but he's so scared in the descents that if he were to ever do skydiving he wouldn't even need a parachute.

PS: Didn't the Schlecks complain last year when there was a cobbled stage? Or was it Voigt? It seems that Andy wants a Tour with only climbs and no downhills, so... the final stage will be Mount Everest?
