Dude, it's simply a fact, nobody likes sprint stages in a grand tour. Nobody.
So it isn't in the highlight as it isn't a highlight. More like a black light.
Sprinting classics are an exception (msr, vattenfall, tours)
your only pissed because you are a chauvinistic brit who likes to cum on cav. winning dead boring sprint stages
So when summing up the year's cycling events, you don't think it's necessary to include Cavendish's dominant wins? |

I wish I'd never posted that video now
It's a very good video which unfortunately excludes Cavendish's successes, but a good video it remains. |

You gotta love how Ruben transfers his personal opinion to the opinion of everybody. And allowing no exceptions, then has a go at people who disagree.
Genius...

I'd support you in that, but I'm told I don't care, so I'm afraid I can't

I never hear anyone say: "oh great a flat stage with a mass sprint. I waited the whole week for this!"

I like flat stages But you also won`t hear me saying: "Oh yeah it`s a mountain stage"
In Germany there aren`t many broadcasts of cycling at all except of the bigger races, so I am glad to watch it no matter what kind of stage. (and enjoy also flat stages) |

I don't care much for flat stages, but that doesn't me that great sprinters such as Cavendish doesn't deserve recognition. |

Those stages are annoying for 95 % of their length, maybe even more, but watching the last 3 or 5 km is interesting enough. I'd say it's more interesting than seeing a peloton steadily climb the bottom of a random mountain. |

I don't hear anyone complaining that none of Greipel's 21 victories this season is included in the video, or Petacchi winning the green jersey.
Then again, I agree that those feats plus Cavendish's wins need at least some recognition.
Who made this video anyway?

I was using Cav's wins as an example, those all merit places. |

Rasmus Guldhammer retires with just 21 years. He misses friends and family.
Brian Holm thinks he became a pro too early and maybe we will see him one day again after some amateur years.
There is a rumor that Saxobank will be sold. So they probably also can`t sponsor Rijs longer if this is true. |

He doesn't retire, he is going to continue in Team Concordia. |

Saxo Bank is likely to be sold, but that won't have an impact on next year's sponsorship. I don't see it getting extended, though. |

Should have written retires from professional cycling as it is a amateur team isn`t it? |
