He didn't. Broke his collarbone, on his way to the hospital. |

Evans 3rd in GC, that will go down well here. If he was going to get a top 5 this year he is going to need a head start. |

Donkey kong played with those poor breakaway fellows.
Vino helped Menchov and Wiggins to get seconds on Contador, who raged

Why should he work? He couldn't care less about the GC, and he would probably be able to win the bunch sprint even if the 2nd group 'rejoined'.
you are 100% correct..I just don't like the way how he win's he's green jerseys. He is not fastest sprinter..best sprinter. He is ready to protest..wining about Cancellara action yesterday that he did not get green jersey and all he's damn points (when he's one main rival Farrar crashed out from tour)...

Real bad news for Andy. At least he still has the Sorensons, Voigt, and Fuglsang for the mountains. |

Well, this shouldn't suprise you after how he won last year. With the bend barriers.

but he kept pushing. great day for thomas, hushovd, cancellara, schleck and good day for wiggins menchov etc.
and yay for lance
Cycling needs new commentators though. I find myself shouting corrections at Liggett and Sherwen all the time (dunno what that says about me though).
Unlucky for chavanel and schleck sr.

The cobbles were causing splits, and then there was a crash involving Frank Schleck that tore it all apart

Brilliant ride by Hesjedal. He really did great and if it wasn't for Cancellara (as everyone else in the group was just sitting) Hesjedal would have got Canada's greatest victory ever. He did really well to hold onto the group and then outsprint the Saxo riders for a 4th place was very good. I hope he gets the most aggressive rider award.

You might have a case there if the green jersey was for a sprinters' classification leader. Which it's not. It's for the consistency classification leader.

Also, Vino proving for the trillionth time in his career that he is nothing but a compulsive liar and a cheat who cannot be trusted.
Contador was going to renew his contract, was he? I doubt it, now.

Not sure Vino noticed that Contador got a puncture, and he was angry about the puncture he had to ride with in end. |
