Well, after all, it's just an upgrade from a beta to a final version, therefore the main "feature" is bug fixes.
That said, we ended up having a little more time than expected, and in the mean time, lots of stages have been released. So, there's 64 extra stages (compared to the beta), we've added the new national champion shirts that have been made, there's also some new equipment (the yellow bikes, helmets and wheels) - and a few other small features. There's also been a small stat update.
