Oh, Pacheco is killing the opposition, and the simulation is killing the Giro
I forgot if you try to gain Tour wildcard or you are saving your boys for Vuelta
Go Roman!

yep all out..
wanted at first to get Dauphine ticked..then also tour. It's hard to get them..10 team want a wildcard. (p.s. Galicia is now second in Continental team table just passed a Landbouwkrediet, BBox is is already to far away) |

sprinters stage..as my top sprinters are in France I do not expect much today.
strange tactical decision..Trek Livestrong leader Phinney trying to get away early today. He is to dangerous rider..peloton will close this gap down fast.
mass sprint it is. Denis Galimzyanov, Löwik, Velits, Albasini, Daniele Pietropolli.
Marcos GarcÃa trying to enter to the game.. He is just not fast enough..12.th. place was he's limit today.
Wiggins sprinting..wow
Daniele Pietropolli looking Velits..this is enough. he has won this stage..

Final stage..Pacheco is already have won this tour. Now Galicia just should control a stage..
..and mass sprint it will be. Pacheco trying to do favor for Garcia ..who has done two perfect lead out for Pacheco. Pacheco trying to give a stage win for Garcia.
But no..not today. Garcia has lost a fast lead out wheel..
and suddenly situation as changed. Pacheco is leading ..but clearly to early..
he keep pushing..Enrico Rossi passing him. Frédéric Amorison is closing..Haedo (realy weak tour for him).
Rossi got it..Pacheco managed to hold second..strong perfomance again.
Tour win..3 stage win's . More then enough.

This stage profile promised to be..exiting day..and it was. Not thanks to profile
Wind..and strong one. there was just pieces left. Aky caused that one..when they noticed that they can get away. They keep riding even faster. Many favorites in trouble..also Galicia leader Castano missed that one today.
Castano need to make decision and fast ..he is not in first or second group.. He is inside group nr. 3..does not look good at all.
Final climb..Gibo reacted first. He atacked..Kreuziger follows..also Castano is there..
same time at the lead group Andy atacked..only rider who is trying to follow is Daniel Moreno..
hill top..Andy is all alone now..Now on descending and finish.
chase group passing a hilltop..Moreno, Horner, Leipheimer, Siotsou..
..race leader Wiggins is droped..
clearly fastest descender today is Efemkin..he is passing Wiggins and going after Leipheimer group. This is Wiggins chanche..to he seems to be in trouble to follow Efemkin wheel..
Andy takes it..we have new race leader..
Thanks to Efimkin..Wiggins are back inside Leipherimer group..They passing a line 1'02 after Schleck.
Here they come..Kreuziger, Simoni, van den Broeck, Riblon, Fränk Schleck etc..2'35 after stage winner. Castano is there.. he avoided disaster. Great ride..

Carry on with Xacobea, until a decent DB comes out
But whatever you would enjoy more

yesterday wind was hugh problem for peloton. Today we can expect another day with wind surprises.
Early breakaway attempt..this was surprising to see Gibo in it. Also Saxo team noticed that and they chase them down fast.. Everything is back as we started a day. All riders together.
..and wind split..26km. to go. This time was Castano ready for it.
10km. to go..Can they hold on..Galicia rider Alberto Fernández butting everything out at the front..
5km...to go.8 riders keep going..they aint gonna get time advantage..this is about stage win now..
and sprint. Galimzianov taking a lead..Castano is trying to lead out Garcia..
..but there comes Moreno. Is cleary fastest man inside last km.
Cataldo it is..3 and 4th. for us today. This is not ok but far from great..we got 2 riders inside final 8.

We had a small reality check yesterday..there will be hard to get Castano inside Gc top 10. It is even harder to take a stage win with Marcos Garcia..plan C. Da Pena is in the breakaway today..he is trying to collect KOM max. points today. He was with Thomas Rabou, Dan Bowman, Alessandro Bazzana. But he is clearly strongest rider. He decided to move on alone..when we had 124km to go. Risky decision..
..and last KOM point..he has got them all. Gap is over 5min. ..he will keep on pushing..
Last hill for main group..they look nervous. Tempo is realy high..Saxo and Lampre is most active teams at the front..
Velo crashes..bad timing..tempo is to fast ..he has been playing big role at Quickstep sprint solutions so far.
20km. to go..peloton has cought Da Pena..Mass sprint.
8km. to go ..Agnoli trying to sneak away. No one reacted..he is going alone
Corner...Agnoli wont survive..Velits has taken a lead. Andy Schleck sprinting again..wow
..and final corner..Velits still holding on..Daniele Pietropolli trying to pass at the right side. Riblon and Arrieta is Ag2r riders at the left ..Duran following Velits
Here go's Daniele Pietropolli..he has already one stage win. Daryl Impey follows him.
Pietropolli it is ..second stage win.

Problems with 2010 is not over..I would like to keep write for story sometimes. Then I decided to reintsall 2009 game..and find out my Galicia save. Here it is..
Leaders has nothing to be worried about and they let breakaway group go. Hide, Eldridge, Williams, Sulzberger, Mayoz, and King.
Soon enough it was shure that breakaway will survive today at the front. Race leaders are not intrested to start a chase. They prefer to be focused for tomorrow TT..
18km. to go for breakaway. This point they know that winner will be one of them. Main group is to far behind.
King decided to but all out early..
Peloton super slow speed has been anoying 25km. to go..De Segovia trying to make some action.
King is cought..now two rider riders seems to be strongest..Mayoz as expected and Bernard Sulzberger.
and sprint..Sulzberger is leading out..Mayoz waiting. This will be easy one for Footon rider?
But no..Sulzberger showing real power there..Mayoz can not pass him even after such long leadout.
Peloton arrives 5'40 after stage winner. On GC table all is same..Andy is leading, Leipheimer holding 2nd...and he will atack tomorrow in TT stage.
Castano still 15th.

Realy important TT stage. Levi will definatly fast..to get back 58 seconds. what he has between Andy.
Ignatiev is first rider who we follow..at the end 17th. (+1'10)
super strong Radioschack team has been waiting this stage...Armstrong is first 5th. (+35 sec.)
Cummings 11th. (+1'02)
Monfort 12th. and same time with Cummings
Klöden 6th. (+36 sec.)
Rogers 3rd. (+30 sec.)
Castano...24th. (+1'23)..he expected more. But there is nothing to be worried about..start list is to strong for Galicia team TT ability.
Kreuziger...4ht. (+34 sec.)
Pinotti 7th. (+43 sec.)
Wiggins..strong ride 2nd. (+17 sec.)..now we wait Horner..done! Horner is 45 sec. slower..Wiggins is in the GC podium now.
Levi is coming..he is realy good. Fastest man today. Now we have to just wait Andy to find out..is this enough to pass Andy's 58 sec. lead.
Here he comes..close one..Yay! Andy got it..with 5 sec.
Big hit to Radioschack..they are here with all power what they got. But still victory sliping away.
For us..Castano 14th. place is close enough to reality. Da Pena KOM jersey is nice bonus

Now middle of may
after Giro did not want us in the race.
ASO has different opinion..they invited us in Dauphine and now we have also TdF ticket.
Plans have changed..Mosquera trying to be in top form..at tour final week. Tour 52km. TT will destroy he's GC chanches..but in mountains we like to be there.
Still season main goal is Vuelta

2 stages to go. To know what to expect from today..tomorrow will be interesting and active day for shure.
This is little unexpected..Lance is in early breakaway..this will be real long solo day for him. But why not.he is 7'15 down. This is real important tour for Radioschack. Today's plan is stage win.
he almost made it..6km. to go. Peloton is there..this will be mass sprint.
Monfort is leading out Peter Velits..they all seems to missed it. Castano trying to follow. But it is impossible to close down that 15m advantage..
Velits taking over..
Velits got it. Andy and Albasini passing Castano.
Clear stage win for Peter Velits

Final..hilly..rainy day
Wet surface ..caused lot of problems..yesterday stage winner Peter Velits is down..
Moment later..Chris Horner crash..
Galicia team also will loose a rider Delio Fernandez crashing..looking bad he is out of the race..and will need medical care.
Garcia Da Pena has been in breakaway and collecting KOM point..reason for that was Alessandro Bazzana who have same goal.
Da Pena was much stronger today..
Last man in breakaway ..keep going..11km to go Duran..
Final hill top..Kreuziger atacking first..
Counter ...Lance, Efimkin, Moreno...
Wiggins..
Castano knows..this is the moment..he trying to follow..soon he finds out that he has no legs for that..and falls back in the group..
Final atack..this is Leipheimer..GC 2nd. rider seems to be missed main atack wave. Where is race leader?
Select group who is chasing Duran...Wiggins, Efimkin, Lance, Moreno, Kreuziger, Daniele Pietropolli.
Then comes lonely man..Levi Leipheimer..
Then we find also race leader Andy Schleck..It must be bad tactical call. He missed a main atack today. He will probably loose also tour leader jersey in final stage.
Duran show is over...Wiggins and Armstrong passing him..2,5km. to go..
..and Wiggins takes it.
It must tast good..he is Tour winner..Leipheimer 2nd. Andy Schleck 3rd.
For us Castano 14th . was max. result...And I realy like Da Pena KOM jersey win.
