skeltik
nice second, hope you can get a stag win
maybe in a brake

Anonymer
Nice second, one chance for Haussler left (stage 15) I guess

Hello, I'm new here.. Grin
I just read all of the 3rd season. Smile
It's very interesting, you're very strong and make good screens.
But I have a question: Which "filtering" in "graphic options" are you using? Smile
PS: Sorry for my bad english Wink

roturn
Thanks all. Stage 15 indeed the last chance for Haussler. I also want to go in breaks, but with very hard stages, it will be hard to win one actually. My team without big climbers is not that good on very hard courses like this. Wink

@RiBurger: Welcome on PCM Daily. Nice that you like the story.
I use the "light and saturated" filter.

Tour de France - Stage 12
Pau - Luz Ardiden
i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g434/Roturn1988/07%20July/tdf-12-1.jpg
What a stage. It`s for sure the hardest of this Tour. 238km without many flat parts. Either it`s going uphill or downhill. Hopefully Sanchez and Fuglsang can stay with the first riders. Also we want someone in the break as you can win very many KoM points today.
For the sprinters this might be a horror stage. Many of them might fall out of the limit.

i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g434/Roturn1988/07%20July/tdf-12-2.jpg
What a shame. Vansummeren was in the breakaway with 5-6 riders and was together with Martinez the best climber. But then also Nibali, who is just 5min back in the overall was attacking. Of course his pace was much too fast for the others and so he is doing a Floyd Landis today.

i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g434/Roturn1988/07%20July/tdf-12-3.jpg
Also our attempts to get some points with Fuglsang doesn`t work. Riders like Kreuziger, Casar, Anton or Martin are always faster.

i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g434/Roturn1988/07%20July/tdf-12-4.jpg
With 95km left Nibali leads by 6min.
Serpa (Skil), Gadret (Ag2r), Van Garderen (HTC) and Anton (Euskaltel) attack.
Meanwhile Wiggins crashed but was able to find contact again. What a pity for him as he already crashed in the last TdF and missed the podium this way.

i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g434/Roturn1988/07%20July/tdf-12-6.jpg
Just 50 riders left in the peloton and just our two leaders were able to follow the high pace of Astana.

i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g434/Roturn1988/07%20July/tdf-12-7.jpg
Soler is doing the pace and so Gadret and Van Garderen are caught again. Just Nibali one minute ahead.

i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g434/Roturn1988/07%20July/tdf-12-8.jpg
Half of the longest mountain and almost 50km to go and both of our leaders can`t follow the first 20 riders. This is just the worst case now. Sanchez really had no good legs and needs to find his rhythm again.

i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g434/Roturn1988/07%20July/tdf-12-9.jpg
Andy Schleck and Contador are accelerating and nobody is able to follow.
This looks very familiar now.

i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g434/Roturn1988/07%20July/tdf-12-10.jpg
In the descent some riders are able to join them again.
Nibali, Seeldreyers, VanDenBroeck, Soler, Gesink and Le Mevel.
So Omega, Astana and Leopard with two riders.

i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g434/Roturn1988/07%20July/tdf-12-11.jpg
Sanchez was already 3min back on top of the climb. Together with Brajkovic, Monfort, Martin, Leipheimer, Kreuziger and Sastre he will lose lots of time today.

i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g434/Roturn1988/07%20July/tdf-12-12.jpg
One the last climb again nobody can follow the two best climbers. VanDenBroeck and Soler are at least trying.

i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g434/Roturn1988/07%20July/tdf-12-13.jpg
Contador wins the stage ahead of Schleck. Just another league they are riding in. Contador will take the overall now as Wiggins struggled, maybe due to his crash,

i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g434/Roturn1988/07%20July/tdf-12-14.jpg
1min later VanDenBroeck is leading the 2nd group. Especially LeMevel showed a very strong and unexpected performance today.

i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g434/Roturn1988/07%20July/tdf-12-15.jpg
Wiggins lost 4min in the end. This will be very hard now to get his 2nd podium in his career.

i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g434/Roturn1988/07%20July/tdf-12-16.jpg
Even worse LL Sanchez. As 24th he loses more than 9minutes. This will kick him out of the top10. All our dreams are over now. Now a stage win is easier for sure. We at least have to try it, maybe he can gain some time again.

Also lots of sprinters fall out of the time limit. Surprisingly also Boonen. Next to him Cavendish, Meyer, Hunter or Benatti.
Haussler showed a good result and reached the finish successful as also Davis, Sagan, Boasson Hagen and Lorenzetto.

No, just since the start of this season. Wink
I'ts about page 50..

FreitasPCM
Ouch... Frown You need a good strategy to win some time. :/

roturn
I just don`t understand how the AI riders ride this race. Astana and Leopard are doing pace with 79-81 climbers. No matter if I ride on dot or stay, Sanchez just suffers.
In the end he had no green bar left. Other riders obviously had as Leipheimer and others sprinted in the end. Sanchez just did the animation but no acceleration of course.
Weird. ;(

Stijn_vranken
Maybe the next moutain stage will your luck. Who knows

mowinckel91
Ahh maan. Perhaps you can get the jersey with Haussler now?

RiBurger
And you've like "depth of field" or "anti aliasing 1-2-4-8"?

roturn
Anti Aliasing 0, shadows 2, depth of field 1.
Haussler won`t as there are 6-7 mountain stages left and so Contador will be unbeatable if he continues like this.

Batista15
Unlucky stage for your team..what a hard stage this was!?
Contador vs. Schleck now..Wiggins dropped out there but I think Contador is unbeatable in the end. Hopefully you will win at least a stage now! Good luck for that.

purepasd
When the AI is in perfect form, as in this TDF, your rider will suffer a lot more, than the AI-controlled riders at the same level. Maybe you should set the difficulty on hard in the Tour?

Thanks, and good luck for the end of the Tour Wink

Bad luck man! Pull a nice long stage win out of the bag!

Anonymer
I hate theses epic hard stages, didn't work out good for garmin - already over 3min to top10, fuglsang outside top25

skeltik
just too bad for you, hope you get the stage win.

3 riders of OLO in the top 10, and a podium for VDB.
even if it's not in real life, i still like seeing them some amazing results (note from a fan) Wink
