Already using your planner - it's great! Fantastic work. But it would have been easier if they had managed to integrate it somehow.
I'll try reducing the graphics. Is it an AA problem or related to specific cards?
Regarding the budget: That's true. But is is only a minimum of what one would expect.
Thanks. I wish they would implement something similar to my tool in PCM2010 but I guess they are hoping I will update my tool.
I is a general problem. If the stage is to long and has to much detail and the DB uses too much material then the game will crash (due to RAM). You should turn off 'recording of replay' and 'shadows' first.

The 3D gameplay has already been beta tested so you should save your suggestions for PCM2011.
And why would you want the AI to forget to eat? The game is easy enough and this would give you a big advantage, or do you forget to get water every second race? |

From my limited time on the game so far, I believe an area ripe for improvement would be rider personality.
So in career mode rivalries could exist. The appearence of a rival in a race could motivate or demotivate your rider/s.
If for example, a team attacks during a feed station this could cause bad feelings to them.
Comments in media could also affect this.
Sometimes in career mode the AI rider in a breakaway will motion his arms to ask me to do a turn. I should be able to do this to the AI too. Even perhaps there could be some way of 'bribing riders' from other teams to work or not to work.
I'm sure there's loads mire could be done with personalities! I just want my riders to hate Armstrong |

if you can do this I hope you will
you know the workers from the teams they stand along the road and then you can pick up your food if you put that in the game I would be so happy

With regards to the music comments. Yeah its terrible.
However, you can put any music you like onto the game by pasting it into the music folder?
Personally I reccomend Pink Floyd. |

My favorite is using an external player but you could also convert your music to ogg and drop it in some folder to have it played by the game (see manual) |

YEh you should be able to motion to the cpu to take his turn. Also the personalities would be great |

I'm dreaming of a "manager" game where graphics isn't everything. Every year FM comes along with a new game that runs slightly slower on my laptop. Every year PCM comes along with a new game I can't play on anything but shit graphics.
I would love to lower the graphic demands and instead put some effort into making the game itself better. Imo I would love "single rider mode", where I can build myself from scratch or take another rider where the AI and me decides the teams tactics after what would be realistic and after how good I am. That I could tell my helpers to go to the front for me, but not control when they would go all out, and die, but rather having the AI doing that. And then I could have full attention to my own rider.
I know it's a management game, but I don't see much focus on the true management at all.

I think the simulate screen should have been like this. That would been a very good thing I think. |

You call for more focus on management, yet you want the Be a Pro-mode, which has nothing to do with the management of a cycling team. That feature would make it more The Sims-like. Avoid.
I agree upon making the management part of the game better, but then Be a Pro is not the solution.
A good beginning would be to make the game less Mickey Mouse-looking. A more "serious" menu layout would do wonders. Like others also have mentioned, I want the riders to have more of a personality, not just randomly accept or refuse contract offers and be happy all the time. What you do/don't do with riders should get more consequences, e.g. not using an absolute leader as leader. The way it is now, you only get a message about them not being happy with your choice. It has no consequences at all, not even for their morale.
Also, a more differentiated media output would be appreciated. I'm tired of all the "Rider X is a target for Team Y" messages and other carbon copy news.
Regarding the 3D-mode, I'd like to see the fans more intelligently placed, not just lined up along the entire route. There should be few or no spectators along roads in the middle of nowhere, and more of them in towns/key points of the route. I would also like the possibility to mark certain riders |

You can already do that, it just requires a small amount of skill in-game

Yeah, I know, but I mean a specific option where you can make a rider glue himself to the wheel of someone else. It requires a fair amount of micromanagement to position a rider just behind another one on a climb with the options currently in the game.
I have really only played the '09 version, but I had a demo of PCM06 or '07. IIRC, there was this "Follow"-button which was quite useful. |

The follow button has been in game for many versions, for the purpose of the sprints.
To me, an option to make one of yours riders stick to the wheel of another, sound like its only use is to reduce the effort of the manager, and make things easier. I dont really see how it benefits the game.

Of course, but I seem to remember it could be used all through the stage in some earlier versions. I may not remember correctly though

All the buttons represent instructions a manager can give, like "Attack" or "Keep your own rhythm". I'm pretty sure a lot of managers say "Stick to X's wheel" as well. More often than "Hold position in the group unless X rides away, then ride at 76% of your capacity until you catch him, but remember not to ride past him".
Anyway, It's not my main issue, as I just stuck it on the end of my post. Definitely not the most important either, but I still think it could be useful. |

I want more realistic descent's. They always seem to be riding down some middle-of nowhere road that goes on forever in a straight line. I also want more realism in the downhill stat. In real life you always see some riders pulling ahead on the downhill and sometimes gettting gaps but in pcm they never seperate and are in a big bunch rather that spread out in a line. So I want the downhill stat to have more of an affect.

Really love Squire suggestion..it's nice to see instruction button like that in race, make u feel like a real manager.
Ride with your own rhythm..
ride as hard as possible
take it easy
take a risk (downhill)
stay infront
get back..
relay harder

Change the level of the Sponsors confidence when you have a good team :
I have won all the objectives, + 2GT + Paris-Roubaix Gand Wenvelgen
but the Sponsors confidence was bellow half way
So less money the next year and have to win all the races to avoid bankrupt...

A nice thing about the "single rider idea" would be to play online or LAN, on the same team, where every single players decicion could affect the result. |
